Suspect was stopped for failure to stop at a red light. Deputy administered field sobriety tests and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was also found to be in possession of the narcotic cocaine. Suspect submitted to breath test which revealed a breath alcohol content of .13/.13 Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 82 yoa female not conscious and not breathing. Victim suffered from mulitple long term respiratory diseases. There were no signs of foul play. OMI responded and took over the investigation.

Victim reports while at the intersection of SR 14 and SR 599 a maroon vehicle pulled up closely behind her. When vehicle passed on the right hand side the driver of the maroon vehicle pointed a silver handgun at the victim. The above suspect was located and positively identified by victim. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Victim reports at the above location the above item was taken. It was taken sometime between the dates of August 11, 2014 and August 14, 2014. The box was entered into the National Crime Information Center as stolen. Case is pending further investigation.

On Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:52 AM the suspect gained unlawful entry to the vehicle. The vehicle was parked and unsecure at a residence at the location. Once entry was gained the suspect riffled through the items in the vehicle. The suspect was detained at the scene by the victim's son.

The vehicle left the roadway on the right side and went into the weeds before returning to the roadway. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of an several open containers of beer. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa fe County Ordinance 2006-5.
