On July 21st, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Rancho Viejo and New Mexico State Road 14 in reference to a reported motor vehicle crash. Deputies arrived to find the above listed suspect had crashed his motorcycle in the area. The driver did not sustain any injuries. Upon invesigation it was discovered the suspect was operating a motor vehicle while his privileges were revoked to do so. The driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly. Driver was also cited for other infractions at the scene.

On July 21, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Vista Sandia in reference to a reported burlgary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who adivised that unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home, once entry was gained suspect(s) took several firearms from within the home. Suspect(s) are pending. This case remains under investigation.

On Monday, July 21, 2014 at 2:07 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the llocation. The altercation turned physical when the suspect pulled the victim's hair and punched her in the facial area. The victim declined medical attention for her minor injury.

Charged: DWI (Felony), Driving Whiile License Revoked, Open Container
On Sunday, July 20, 2014 at 3:53 PM the suspect was reported via 9-1-1 as a possibly impaired driver. The suspect was located at the location operating the vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. Due to the suspect's number of prior DWI offenses a Search Warrant was obtained and a Blood Alcohol Test was administered. Results of that test are pending. A check with the New Mexico department of Motor vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The suspect was found to be in possession of multiple open containers of vodka. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Location: West Gutierrez and US 84-285, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque Area)
Arrested: Roberta Salazar 52 yoa female, Chama, NM
Charges: DWI, Leaving the scene of an accident, Following to Close, and No Insurance
Deputies responded to a Motor Vehicle Collison at approximately 1:00pm at the above location. A Blue 2001 Saturn left the scene of the crash. The Saturn was blocked in by a witness in the area until Deputies arrived. Upon contact with the driver there were signs of impairment. Driver was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation. Alternative SFST's were administered on the driver at the hospital, where she showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to chemical testing. A Legal Blood draw was conducted and is pending results. Suspect was later transported and booked on the above charges without further incident to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 9:24 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location with a broken left tail lamp that was displaying a white light to the rear. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached unless he is operating a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock. The vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock.

On 07-19-14 victim reported their vehicle broke down near US 84/285 and Boneyard Road the previous day and was left on the sicde of thye road. Todat when the victim returned for the vehicle they discovered someone broke the passenger window and stole the battery from the vehicle.
