On Friday, July 25, 2014 at 8:29 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the facial area twice with his hand causing a laceration to her lip. The victim was treated for her laceration at the scene.

On this date the above named suspects were found at the above location by a witness stealing scrap metal. The suspects admitted to gathering scrap metal along with their juvenile children. The suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail. CYFD was notified and the children were turned over to a family member.

Charges: Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment
Jail staff report that the above inmate requested to have his personal shoes for medical purposes. The shoes were stored in his property box when he initially was booked into the facility several days ago. Jail staff granted his request but before giving the shoes to the above inmate, a search was conducted on them. During the search of the shoes 46 strips of an orange type substance was found. The above was booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Deputies responded to 911 call and upon arriving, they were informed that the listed suspect had shoved and kicked victim #1. Victim #1 did display visible injures. Suspect then struck victim #2 in the neck with an open hand. Suspect was arretsed and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to possession of a controlled substance. The above suspect admitted to having suboxen in her possession, the suspect was arrested and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
