Suspect: Juliana Torres, 53, Espanola, NM

Victim: Male, 35, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery On Health Care Worker, DWI, Open Container

On Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 12:57 AM, at location deputies were approached by suspect who had driven the vehicle to location. Suspect showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was taken to the Christus Saint Vincent Hospital for a medical clearance and a legal blood draw. While at the hospital the suspect hit one of the medical staff members with her hand. No one was injured as a result of this incident. The suspect had at least one prior DWI on her record and the vehicle was seized. An open container of liqour was located inside the vehicle prior to the vehicle being towed from the scene. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detnetion Facility without incident.

Location: U.S. 285 Mile Marker 288

Arrested: Orlando Griego, Age 60, Santa Fe NM

The above suspect was stopped for speeding.  Upon speaking with the driver, the deputy smelled an odor of an intoxicating beverage coming from the driver.  The driver admitted to consuming two beers prior to driving.  The driver submitted to SFST's and was arrested on the above charges.  He submitted to the IR8000 breath machine and blew a .12 .11,  he was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Location: State Road 599 mile marker 4, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 (Santa Fe area)

Arrested: Thomas Armijo, 40 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver. An odor of alcoholic beverages were detected. SFST's were given to the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A firearm was located inside the vehicle. The driver was taken for a breath test, drivers breath sample was above a .16 blood alcohol level. Driver was charged accordingly and taken to the Santa Fe County Detetention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Location: Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87508

Stolen: Clothing items

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Tesuque Village Road in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who stated on todays date at approximately 6:30 pm suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Suspect(s) then took a bag with clothing from within the vehicle. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Agua Fria, San Ysidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 (Santa Fe area)

Arrested: Donovan Duran, 30 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

Arrested: Nichole Holt, 34 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies observed a driver of a vehicle without his seatbelt on as required by law. A traffic stop was conducted at which time  contact was made with the driver. During the traffic stop drug paraphernalia was observed inside the vehicle. A further search of the vehicle revealed 2 different types of narcotics. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where they were booked accordingly.

Stolen: House hold items

   Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address at the Pojoaque Terrace Mobile Home Park in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated betweeen July 01, 2015 and todays date suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims shed and took household items from within the shed. This case remains under investigation.

Case #0215010111, Burglary (Commercial)

Location: 100 block of Caja Del Rio, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary (Commercial), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 8:07 AM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a commercial burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the building by breaking a window, forced open a donation box and cash drawers and removed approximately $240 in cash from the building. Investigation is ongoing.

0215010104 / Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving / 07-02-15

Location: US 84/285 north at mile post 179

Arrested: Kenneth Trujillo, 22-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 07-02-15 at approximately 3:00AM Mr. Trujillo was involved in a motor vehicle crash on US 84/285.  The investigation revealed he was driving his white in color Acura in a careless manner and struck a Ford truck from behind.  He was found to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested.  Breat test results showed a breath alcohol concentration of over twice the legal limit.

Arrested: Crescencio Rivera 60 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported crash in the area of 68 Mejor Lado. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies arrived and made contact with the driver identified as Crescencio Rivera. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Field sobriety tests were given at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrest at which time a narcotic was located in his possession. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office where he was given a breath test. The drivers results were above a .16 and was charged with Aggravated DWI. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 11:58 AM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a theft of identity. An unknown suspect(s) used the victim's personal information to attempt to obtain credit cards and loans. None of the credit cards or loans were obtained. Investigation is ongoing.
