On Sunday, July 28, 2014 at 8:44 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation in a parking lot at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim by her arm and swung her around. The suspect also threatened to strike the victim with a closed fist. The suspect then deprived the victim of the use of her vehicle by taking the keys. The victim required no medical attention for her minor injuries.

Stolen: Maroon 2010 Ford F250 pickup truck
Victim reported sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. some unknown person stole the above pickup truck. The vehicle was left unlocked in there driveway with a spare set of keys in the center consul. No signs of forced entry into the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. The vehicle is described to be stock with red leather seats King Ranch addition, with a black bed liner.
The above listed vehicle was valued at about $60000.00

Arrested: Alicia Sanchez, 21-year-old female from Albuquerque New Mexico
On 07-26-14 at approximately 6:15AM Ms. Sanchez was involved in a motor vehicle crash on US 84/285. Further investigation revealed she had consumed alcohol prior to driving. She was arrested and taken to Saint Vincent Hospital for a legal blood draw. Results are pending.

On 07-26-14 at approximately 12:13PM the homeowner's alarm activated. Law Enforcement responded and upon arrival discovered someone kicked open the front door to the residence and rummaged through several rooms. It is unknown at this time of anything was stolen.

On Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 9:12 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the locatiopn with non-operational tail lamps. the suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending.

On Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:32 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a bussiness establishment at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim on the right side of the face with an open hand. The suspect then bit the victim on the right side of her face. The victim declined medical attention for her injuries.
