On Monday, December 8, 2014 at 10:22 PM, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling on Airport Road without any lights on. Vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the suspect. Suspect's driving record was checked through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Due to the violation having occurred within the Santa Fe city limits the vehicle was not seized. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Deputies were notified of a suspicious person at the location. Contact was made with the subject. He gave false information and when arrested, located on his person was Heroin. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputies were given information of a reckless driver northbound US 84/285. The vehicle was located and stopped. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered and impairment due to intoxcation was detected. Subject was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results were .30; .29. Subject had three prior DWI's. Subject was booked accordingly. The driver's vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2013-5.

Jeremiah Herrera was arrested for Assault against a Household Member and Criminal Damage to Property after deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that he had assaulted a household member and damaged various property. He was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they contacted both parties involved. Victim reported that suspect struck her during an argument. Suspect then gave his statements about the incident and was placed under arrest. Suspect was booked into the jail without incident.

Charges: Harboring or aiding a felon, Resisting, Evading, Obstructing an Officer, and Possession of drug Paraphenalia
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a White in color Infiniti for failing to stop a stop sign at the above location. When deputy was approaching the vehicle the driver than proceeded to drive forward. A passenger from the vehicle then jumped out of the vehicle and fled the area on foot. A foot pursuit ensued after the passanger as the vehicle also fled the area. The vehicle was then stopped by another Deputy shortly after where the above suspects admitted to knowingly giving a wanted felon a ride, who fled from the vehicle. The above suspects were booked and charged accordingly without further incident.
