Deputies responded to the residence to serve a warrant on the above individual. The suspect armed himself with a kitchen knife and was tased. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC after a medical clearance.

victim advised sometime between 2:00 pm and 2:10 pm an unknown person or persons forced entry into their vehicle by breaking a window. Once inside the suspects removed a purse with various items.

Suspect was arrested after entering victim's home searching for narcotics and then entering victim's vehicle. Suspect had a small amount of Heroin in her purse and was charged accordingly.

On Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 8:17 PM, Deputies responded in reference to an Auto Burglary that occurred at location. Forced entry was gained by breaking one of the windows into the vehicle by an unknown suspect(s) and plastic bags were removed from the vehicle..

Arrested: Luis Mortera III, age 22 - Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to a report of a reckless driver and found the vehicle near the above location. They conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who exhibted signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI. The driver refused a breath test and was booked into ADC accordingly.

On Friday, December 26, 2014 at 11:10 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to three juveniles who left from the area and are now missing. The three juveniles were entered into N.C.I.C. as missing.

On Friday, December 26, 2014, at 10:26 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a subject who was being disorderly. Deputies made contact with the suspect, who refused to provide any of his information. Suspect was then placed under arrest and was identified shortly after. Suspect showed signs of intoxication by some kind of intoxicating liquor. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detntion Facility without incident.

On December 25, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Paseo Patron in reference to a reported burglary. Santa Fe Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that on December 24, 2014 between the hours of 1030 am and 1130 am suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vicitms home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took multiple elctronincs from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

While on a call for service, deputies found that the above arrestee had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The warrant for arrest was out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines or costs imposed by the court. The arrestee was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident and was booked accordingly.
