On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (86 year old female) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene, and death appears to be of natural causes.

Vehicle: 1992 Ford Festiva Blue
On May 30, 2014 Deputies responded to Juan Medina and State Road 503 in reference to a reported motor vehicle collision with injuries. Upon arrival the located a single vehicle crash with the vehicle being occupied by April Espinoza. Through the course of the investigation Deputies learned that Espinoza was impaired by an intoxicant. Espinoza was transported to St. Vincent Hospital where she was treated for her injuries and subsequently taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Jose Chavez Jr 19 yo Male Santa Fe

On May 29th 2014 Deputies went to the residence of 38 Valle Vista in an attempt to serve Jose Chavez Jr on an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arriving at the location Deputies located Chavez hiding under the mattress in a bedroom. Chavez was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Allan Rivera 28 yo Male Santa Fe
Victim: None
Vehicle: 1998 Toyota 4 Door White
On May 29th 2014 Deputies stopped a white in color Toyota passenger vehicle after wit was observed traveling 25 mile per hour in a clearly posted 55 mile per hour speed zone. During the course of their investigation Deputies learned the driver, who was identified as Allan Rivera, was impaired by an intoxicant. Rivera was arrested and subsequently taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. An inventory of the vehicle Rivera was operating was conducted during which time Deputies found a bottle of Vodka which had been open and its contents partially removed. Rivera was booked accordingly

Deputies responded to location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Upon arriving Deputies located the suspect walking away from the home. Suspect was in possession of stolen jewelry and was arrested. Suspect was taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim reports the above item was stolen from an unlocked ballroom at the above location. The above individual was observed taking the above item through a closed circuit security camera system. Suspect was located and admited to taking the item. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Victim reported on the this date unknown suspect(s) stole the above item from a room located in the ballroom of the Buffalo Thunder Casino. The representative for the victim NM Rural Electric Cooperative left the room, leaving the computer unattended. The suspect(s) located the computer valued at $2,500.00 and stole it.

Stolen: Central pneumatic air compressor. Makita drill, Black & Decker saw, double pane glass door
Victim reported his residence was burglarized between the dates of May 27, 2014 and May 28, 2014. The suspect(s) forced entry by breaking a glass door to the residence. The suspect(s) entered and removed the above items. The suspect(s) caused approximately $700.00 in damage to the glass door.
The items stolen were valued at about $965.00
