On May 25th 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 10A Cities of Gold Road in reference to a reported burglary. While at the location Deputies learned that unlawful entry was gained into the hotel room of Manzanares through a closed window by an unknown suspect(s). While in the room the suspect(s) removed numerous items from within the room. Deputies collected evidence which will be processed.

On Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 1:59 AM the suspect was found to be in pysical control of the vehicle while it was parked in front of a driveway at the location by a Bureau of Indian Affairs Police Officer. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxixcating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect is not a Tribal Member. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as ammended due to the suspect having a prior DWI Offense.

On Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 5:43 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect was weaving within the lane of travel and travelling more than 10 miles per hour below the posted speed limit. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of that test are pending.

Victime reported on May 22, 2014 FedEx delivered a package containing the above listed items to the wrong address. Victim advised she has not recieved the package and FedEx has no record of the package being returned. Suspect information is pending. Investigation is on-going.

Items taken: Speakers, amplifier, audio control.
Victims reside at the same residence and reported that between 1:00 am and 7:00 am unknown persons gained unlawful entry into their vehicles by opening the unlocked vehicles doors. Once inside the suspects took the above items from the vehicles. No suspect information at this time. Investigation is on-going.

Sometime between 5:00PM last night and early this morning someone entered a 1999 Ford truck through and unlocked door and stole the above mentioned items.

Stolen: wallet with cash and credit cards, car stereo. Total value of $749.00
Between 10:00PM last night and early morning hours on todays date someone entered a 1999 Chevrolet Camero through an unlocked door and stole the above items. The victims credit cards were used at various businesses in the Santa Fe area.

The above wanted male was taken into custody on an active felony warrant for Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon on a household member. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
