Deputies were investigating a domestic argument at the above location. During the investigation, Deputies saw the suspect strike the victim with a beer bottle. She was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

On Monday October 27, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy Ontiveros was traveling on Paseo De River where he observed a vehicle traveling towards his direction. The driver failed to dim his headlights at which time he was stopped. Upon making contact with the driver it was discovered that the drivers driving privileges were revoked. The driver was arrested accordingly and transported to Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked. The vehiclew as seized.

Stolen: US currency.
On Monday October 27, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the commercial business on Cities of Gold Road in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with employee's that stated unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the business. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took US currency from within the business. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Anthony Madrid (25 yoa male) Albuquerque NM
SFRECC recieved several calls in reference to a reckless driver on the Interstate. Vehicle was located shortly after striking the guard rail on the off ramp from I-25 onto Cerrillos Road. The suspect admitted to using methadone, and field sobriety tests were administered. The suspect was showed numerous signs of impairment and was arrested. Driver was taken to St. Vincent's hospital for a legal blood draw. Suspect was then taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked.

Arrested: Manuel Varela-Mendoza 41 yoa male (Santa Fe NM)
SFRECC recieved a call of a reckless driver call in the area. Deputies located the above listed suspect operating a vehicle. Suspect smelled heavily of an alcohol beverage and showed signs of impairment. Suspect was given a breath test which revealed a .22 .21 breath alcohol content. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

On Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 2:30 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location at 79 Miles Per Hour in a posted 55 Mile Per Hour Zone. The suspect initially provided a ficticious name. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as amended.

On Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 4:32 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location at 70 Miles Per Hour in a posted 55 Mile Per Hour Zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the supect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached unless he is operating a vehicle equipped with an Ignition Interlock. The vehicle was not so equipped. A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as amended.
