On Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 6:38 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. There was an open can of Budweiser Beer on the righ front floorboard of the vehicle.

Arrested: 30 yoa male Eduardo Hernandez Mayor
On May 18,2014 Santa Fe RECC recieved a 911 call about a vehicle driving reckless. Contact was made with the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver performed field sobriety tests and multiple signs of impairment were observed. The driver submitted to a breath test which the results were .20 .20. The driver was arrested and booked without further incident.

Suspect: Ann Warriner Age: 65 Santa Fe
Ann Warriner was arrested for Felony Falsely Obtaining Services or Accomodations and Concealing Identity when an investigation revealed that she had used a ficticious name to rent a room at a Retreat Center and failed to pay for accomodations including lodging and linnens. She provided a false identity during the investigation and she was booked accordingly.

Stolen: Credit cards, flashlight, cash, wallet, drivers license. Total value of $118.00
Between 5/16/14 after 6:00PM and 5/17/14 before 8:00AM someone entered the victim's unlocked Honda car and stole the above items.

On Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 2:30 AM deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a bussiness at the location. Upon arrival the vehicle was located stuck in a ditch on the bussiness property. The vehicle had been left unsecured with the key in the ignition at the bussiness and person(s) unknown had attempted to remove the vehicle from the property but could not get past the locked gate.

Sometime between 5/16/14 after 8:30PM and 5/17/14 before 9:00AM someone entered three of the victim's unlocked vehicles parked in the victim's driveway. The vehicle's were rummaged through and above items were stolen.

On Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 10:45 PM the suspect damaged a fire supression sprinkler in a cell at the location. As a result the ceall and surrounding area were flooded. A Body Scaner was damaged as a result of the water.

Above subject was observed by Deputy discharging a firearm near structures and walking individuals. The subject was also found to have been consuming alcoholic beverages during the time of incident. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.
