On September 20,2014 a traffic stop was conducted with the above individual for a having an expired registration. Driver notified deputy his license was revoked. Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. His vehicle was also seized by Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office in accordance with County Ordinance.

On Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 1:53 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location without an activated license plate lamp. The suspect was found to be in possession of metal type smoking device used to ingest a controlled substance. The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is suspended. There was an Arrest Warrant issued by the Torrance County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear. There was also an Arrest Warrant issued by the Luna County Magistrate Court for Failure to Pay Fines.

On Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 2:50 AM the victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation at an establishment at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect bit the victim in the facial area. The victim was treated at the scene for two bite wounds to the facial area and declined any further medical attention.

Suspect was observed passing a vehicle in a no passing zone. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be operating while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI conviction. The suspect was arrested and his vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Location: Entrance to 6151 Airport Road ( Country Club Gardens MHP)
Suspect was observed driving by off duty Deputy, who observed vehicle swerving and drive into and over a median. Contact was made with the suspect by on duty deputies. The suspect was stumbling and found to be heavily intoxicated. Suspect submitted to SFST's but was too intoxicated to finish the tests. Suspect submitted to a breath test which results were .26, .27. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.
