On Friday, September 19, 2014 at 6:52 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect failed to maintain a single lane of travel and also failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of prescription medication, controlled substances and submitted to a Blood Test. The results of that test are pending.

A traffic stop was conducted on with the above stated arrestee for a registration violation. It was determined the arrestee did not have a valid drivers license or insurance. The vehicle was subsequently towed from the scene and prior to the vehicle being towed, a small amount of heroin was located within the vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest and as he was being searched subsequent to arrest. A spoon was located in his front pocket that also had a small amount of heroin on it. The above arrestee was charged and booked accordingly without incident.

Alcohol, Warrant - Probation Violation
On Friday, September 19, 2014 at 12:14 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the facial area multiple times with a closed fist. The victim was treated at the scene for lacerations to his facial area and declined further medical attention. The suspect was also found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued out of the 1st Judicial District Court. Contact was made with the Juvenile Probation Office who authorized the incarceration of the suspect.

On Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11:12 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side striking a raised median and a traffic control sign. The suspect then continued southbound for approximately .4 miles before bringing it to to a stop on the right shoulder. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect sustained a minor injury as a result of the collision.

On Thursday September 18, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to # 55 Cities of Gold Road in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who stated suspect(s) took the victim's purse with her vaulable's from the area. Suspect then used the victims credit cards to obtain money. This case remains under investigation.

On Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 12:23 AM the suspect removed a payout voucher from a slot machine at the location before the victim could retrieve it. The suspect then fled the area with the voucher which was valued at $626.00. The suspect was located a short time later and taken into custody.

The above driver was stopped for littering and found to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .10. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

On September 17, 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 12 Verano Loop in reference to a reported burglary that had occurred between September 6th and September 7th. Victim stated items were removed from his vehicle after he had left his vehicle un-locked. Items taken were misc. electronic equipment.
