On September 17, 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 12 Verano Loop in reference to a reported burglary that had occurred between September 6th and September 7th. Victim stated items were removed from his vehicle after he had left his vehicle un-locked. Items taken were misc. electronic equipment.

On September 17, 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 4 Calle Enrique in reference to a fraud. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned the victim had purchased a 50” light bar from GGlighting.net. Victim stated she never received the package and has not been able to reach the company representative. Victim stated she paid for the item via wire transfer.

Santa Fe County Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation it was learned that two individuals, ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend got into a verbal altercation. The ex-boyfriend took the ex-girlfriends cell phone and pushed the ex-girlfriend to the floor. The ex-boyfriend then threw the ex-girlfriend's cellular phone through the front glass door where the ex-girlfriend was standing. The ex-girlfriend sustained minor cuts to her forearm and hand. This case is currently under investigation.

On Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 7:13 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

The above stated defended was arrested and booked accordingly. Vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County ordinance.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Through investigation it was determined that a juvenile male inappropriately touched two juveniles females on their buttock's. The same juvenile also inappropriately touched one of the juvenile females intimate area under her skirt but with underwear on. This case is currently being investigated by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and the Juvenile Probation Office.
