Arrested: Gary Chavez 48 yoa male (Espanola)
Above suspect was stopped after his vehicle was failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Suspect smelled stongly of an alcoholic beverage and refused to submit to field sobriety tests. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test which his results were .30 .30. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Victim reported between the hours of 11:45 am & 1:30 pm unlawful entry was made into her car by prying a door open. Once inside a purse with personel effects was taken. Investigation is on-going.
