Missing: Marelessia Palomino,14yoa, 5'4", 120lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and wearing blue jeans, pink sweater (Aero brand) and black shoes.
The above stated juvenile was reported as a runaway to this agency on Saturday September 13, 2014. The above listed juvenile left her residence on this date at 9:24pm without notifying an adult. The juvenile was entered itno NCIC as a runaway/juvenile. This case is currently being investigated by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Deceased: 84 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an unresponsive and not brething male. SFC Fire/Med units were on scene and attempts were made to resucitate the male individual but were unsuccessful. The victim has a long history of medical issues and there were no signs of foul play at the scene. OMI arrived on scene and took custody of the deceased. This case is considered closed.

Suspect: Alfonso S. Herrera, Jr., 36, Almogordo, NM
Charged: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member
On Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 12:56 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a bussiness at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the head and facial area with a wooden luggage stand. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries and declined further medical attention. The suspect fled the scene in the vehicle and was located by deputies as they responded to the scene.

Arrested: Margaret Rael 37 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery against a household member
Victim reports he was involved a verbal altercation with the above suspect. The altercation then turned physical when he was slapped in the face and pushed. Suspect admitted to slapping the victim. Above suspect was arrested and booked accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Location: 100 block of Arroyo Calabasas Road (La Tierra Area, Santa Fe)
Deceased: 66 yoa male
Deputies responded to an unconcious, not breathing male. Investigation revealed a 66 year old male passed away. Deputies on scene did not note any signs of foul play, and noted the male had long medical history.

Arrested: Nicholas Bustos 27 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Stolen and Recovered: Power Grip tools value $500.00
On above date SFCC contacted the Sheriff's Office after the suspect was seen on video footage stealing an item from the art gallery area. suspect admitted to deputy he stole the above item and he was arrested. Suspect was also found to be in possession of a syringe and burnt spoon consistent with heroin use. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Victim reported between 0740 hours and 1410 hours entry was forced into his residence. Once inside the suspect(s) took the above listed items from the residence. Investigation is underway.

Victim reported on todays date between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm an unknown person forced entry into the residence and stole the above items. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reported sometime on September 9th she left items unattended in a locker room. An unknown person entered the locker room and stole her items. Victim also reported a credit card which was stolen, was then used at an unknown business in the Santa Fe Area.
