Subject was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Deputy made contact with the driver who was identified as the above listed person. A driving history was done on the subject where he was foundto have been driving while his license was revoked with the arrest clause. Person was arrested and taken to jail. His vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2013-5.

Stolen: Acetylene welder with custom base, orange extension ladder, 3 boxes of misc. plumbing tools Total Estimated Value: $1,200.00
Victim reports at the above location sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14th, 2014 unknown suspects gained unlawful entry. Entry was gained through an unlocked window, and once inside the above items were taken. A base board heater was damaged upon entry. Total value of damage $300.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Family reports a 31 yoa male missing after last seeing him on Monday, January 13, 2014 at approximately 11:00 p.m. The male was entered into NCIC as missing and case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Darrin Graham, 42-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-15-14 Mr. Graham was trespassed from the College for being intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He returned later and was placed under arrest.

Vehicles: Tan in color Dodge Ram (unknown year), blue in color 1937 Ford Coupe, Purple in color 1998 Honda Civic.
Sometime between mid September 2013 and January 15th 2014 someone entered a vacant residence located on Bisops Lodge Road and stole the above listed property. The victim, who inherited the property from a deceased relative could not provide detailed information on the guns or vehicles.

On the above date the victim reported that a unknown suspect(s) forced entry into his unoccupied residence between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on January 13, 2013.
The suspect(s) removed $2,000.00 in US currency from a cash and A small jewelry box containing miscellaneous gold jewelry valued at $2,000.00 was stolen. The damaged glass door is valued at $2,000.00.
