On this date victim stated between 1-10-14 at 1330hrs and 1-11-14 at 1330hrs an unknown suspect gain entry by prying a shed door open with a green metal fence post causing damage. Victim advised she received a phone call from the land owner saying the door was damaged to the shield. Victim advised the above item was the only thing missing from the shed.
The above items stolen were valued at about $60.00

Reporting party stated sometime between 1/6/14 and 1/11/14 some unknown person gained unauthorized entry into his home by damaging the front door.upon entering the residence the above listed items were stolen.
The above listed items were valued at about $3197.00

Location: Riverside Drive - Riverside Mobile Home Park in Santa Fe, NM
Mother reported that her 16 year old son walked away from his grandmother's house after an argument. The son made comments to his girlfriend prior to leaving, saying he was going to create distance from his mother and stay at a friend's house. The son had not yet returned at the time of report and his location or the identity of the friend's house where he was supposed to be staying were unknown. He was entered as a missing person/runaway into NCIC and the Missing Person Clearing House.

Arrested: Jose Ceja-Reyes 27 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DUI, Stop sign violation, and Driving while license suspended or revoked
Deputy observed a red in color Ford Mustang fail to make a complete stop at the stop sign at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at which time contact was made with the driver. Upon contact driver an odor of marijuana was emitting from within the vehicle. Driver admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving. SFST's were admistered and driver displayed signs of impairment. A check through Department of Motor Vehicles was conducted and showed the driver to be suspended. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory at which time agreed to a blood draw. Driver was booked and charged accordingly on the above charges without further incident. Blood Draw pending results.

On Sunday, January 12, 2014 the suspect was found to be in possession of a brown tar type substance while at the location. The substance was field tested which showed positive for heroin.

Bruce Gaul was stopped for traffic violation and was found to be impaired. He was arrested for DWI and breath test results showed him to have a Brac of .10. He was booked accordingly.
