Deputies responded to a private property crash at the above stated location. The driver/arrestee displayed signs of impairment and refused chemical testing. The driver was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim reports sometime between the dates of September 18, 2014 at 8:00am and September 22, 2014 at 10:00am unknown persons stole the above trailer from the above location. Trailer was entered into the National Crime Information Center as stolen. Case still pending further investigation.

Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. His vehicle was also seized by Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office in accordance with County Ordinance.
