On 8/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence. Victim stated that unknown persons took a DVD projector. Estimated value of the item taken is $750.00.

On 8/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic. Victim stated that she and suspect were involved in an argument. Suspect pushed victim, placed his hands around the victim's neck and began to strangle her. Victim pushed suspect away. Suspect admitted to pushing victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 10:13 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The vehicle had been reported as possibly being involved in an earlier criminal incident. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of an open bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey while operating the vehicle.

On 8/27/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon deputy's arrival, a female ran towards deputy stating that her mother beat her up. Upon investigation, victim was battered by the suspect. Suspect did not have any injuries to substantiate that her mother beat her up. Suspect admitted to fighting with her mother. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/27/13 deputies were dispatched to a residence off of South Summit Ridge in reference to a domestic dispute. Caller advised that the suspect left in a black in color Dodge Dually pickup. Deputies located the vehicle on State Road 599 where a traffic stop was conducted. Deputies conducted a felony traffic stop due to the suspect being armed with a handgun at the original call. Deputies made contact with the suspect who was placed in handcuffs. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect had on the seat under the center console a handgun in his immediate reach. Suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the stop. Located inside the vehicle were open containers of Vodka. Suspect was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test after being read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect's BrAC results were .09 and .10. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that unknown persons took a chainsaw, a battery charger, and an air compressor. Estimated value of items taken is $615.00.

Victim reported he heard his children screaming his name, victim walked outside and observed his ex-wife attempting to take their children. Victim ran to stop his children from being placed into the vehicle. At that time the victims new husband attacked the victim striking him in the face causing temporary disfigurement. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.
