Arrested: Anthony Martinez 27 years old, Mora, NM, 87732

  On February 15, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to #20 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a reported disorderly subject. Upon our arrival contact was made with Anthony Martinez. Martinez was highly intoxicated and arguing with security. After talking with Martinez he agreed to return to his room and refrain from being loud. Martinez was escorted to his room. Shortley after we were called back to his room due to Martinez disorderly conduct. Contact was made with Martinez at which pont he began arguing with Deputies and cursing. Martinez refused to cooperate at which time he was placed under arrest. Martinez was transported to Santa Fe County Detention where he was booked accordingly.

Location: SR 599 and Ridgetop Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Brent Larison 26 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI

Deputies were conducting a muli-agency DWI Checkpoint at the above location, when contact was made with a White in color Ford F250.  Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from his person.  Driver also admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving.  SFST's were conducted and driver showed signs of impairment.  Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory.  Driver submitted to breath test resulting in .16/.16.  Driver was booked accordingly without further incident.

Suspect: Alfred Martinez

Inmate was found to have in his possession narcotics during a facility search. Inmate was rebooked into jail with the additional charges.

Suspect was reported to have been involved in a crash. Suspect was located in the area and became combative with Deputies, suspect was subdued and arrested then charged accordingly.
