On Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 9:58 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be underthen influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect''s New Mexico Driver's License is suspended. Due to the suspect's number of prior DWI offenses the vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Location: Residence on Boneyard Road in the Arroyo Seco area.
Stolen: BB gun rifle valued at $20.00
On 01-22-14 at about 11:19AM a neighbor observed a Hispanic male in his 20's exit the victims residence and get into a dark red or maroon in color Chevrolet car and flee the area heading north on US 84/285 towards Espanola. He was unable to get the license plate but stated it was a yellow New Mexico plate. The victim was contacted and responded to the residence. She stated the only thing stolen was a BB gun rifle from the master bedroom closet. Entry was gained through the front door, which was locked but does not secure very well. Tire tracks and shoe impressions were located and photographed.
