On Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:32 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 74 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. The suspect also failed to dim the vehicle's high beam headlamps upon the approach of oncoming traffic. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect''s New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. A check with the national Crime Information Center revealed that on July 15, 2013, Santa Fe County Magistrate Judge David Segura issued an Arrest Warrant for the suspect for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Damaged: Two large double pane glass windows, and wooden patio chair Total estimated value: $2,100.00
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Upon contact with security and custodial staff it was discovered the above suspects were seen using a wooden patio chair to damage two large double pane glass windows. The males were also seen kicking the windows and fled the scene. Security located the suspects prior to law enforcements arrival. Suspects were also seen on video surveillance damaging the above property. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

A white in color Saab was stopped after an off duty officer observed the vehicle traveling northbound in the the southbound lanes around mile post 256 on US 285. Upon contact driver she had slurred speech, watery eyes and actions were slow and deliberate. SFST's were performed where driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory where she submitted breath samples resulting in .18/ .17. A license check was conducted and showed this was the drivers second offence. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2006-5. Driver was booked accordingly without further incident.
