Location: Residence on Martin Lane, Edgewood N.M.

On July 31st 2013 a 556-year-old male passed away in his residence from natural causes.  An investigation was conducted and revealed no signs of foul play.

 


Case#:0213011779/Battery Against a Household Member/Date: 07-30-2013

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Amber Marez

Location: Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (Rufina Area)

Arrested: Juan Carlos Oritz-Vivanco 40 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery against a household member

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Victim reports her and her husband got into a verbal argument over text messages.  Victim states the above suspect slapped her in the face.  Victim had visible marks on her face consistent with being struck.  Above suspect was placed under arrest, booked and charged accordingly without further incident. 

 


Case#:0213011763/Aggravated DWI, Duty Upon Striking an Unattended Vehicle/Date: 07-30-2013

Location: Santa Fe County Road 73 Mile Marker 2  (Tesuque Area)

Arrested: Carlos Perez-Vigil, 33 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Agg DWI, and Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle

Deputies were dispatched the Tesuque Village Market in reference to a hit and run involving a Silver Ford Mustang.  While enroute it was discovered that Tesuque Tribal Police had stopped the Ford Mustang at the above location.  Contact was made with the driver who was asleep in the vehicle, in the driver seat.  The driver displayed signs of impairment and advised he was too drunk to perform SFST's.  Driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test resulting in a .29/.27.  The above was then booked and charged accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

Location:  residence off of Blazing Star Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Las Campanas)

On 7/29/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to an identity theft.  Victim stated that he was checking his bank account and noticed a transaction on his account in which he did not make. Victim contacted the business in which they stated that the item was shipped to an address in Florida.  Estimated amount of item is over $800.00. 


Case#:  0213011650/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  7/29/13

Location:  3300 block of Henry Lynch Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)

On 7/29/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 7/22/13 and 7/29/13 unknown suspect cut the padlock to his storage unit and gained entry.  Victim stated that unknown suspect took 2 power saws, a flow bowl, and a light stand.  Estimated value of items taken is $550.00.  Estimated damage amount is $50.00.


SFCSO Case #0213011652/ Runaway/ 07-29-2013

Location: 5000 Block of Agua Fria Road Santa Fe, NM 87507

Missing: Eric M. Reddick, 17yoa, Santa Fe/ Albuquerque, NM

On the above date Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies were  dispatched to above address in reference to a runaway juvenile. The reporting party wanted to report that the above juvenile ran away from this location.

Eric M. Reddick, 17yoa, 5'6 tall, 170lbs, short blonde hair, and green eyes.
Last seen: On Monday July 29, 2013 at 5:00pm at the above location, wearing a red in color "Chicago Bulls" baseball hat, a red t-shirt, and blue jean shorts. Has a tattoo of '505" on his left forearm and scars on both of his hands. He was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse


0213011610   Larceny / Fleeing Evading/ Resisting 7/29/13

Location: Ponces Road (Pojoaque Area)

Stolen: 38 denim jeans, assorted tools, 2 duffel bags, Chain Saw, 2 Cell Phone

Arrested: Chad McKinney age 26, Santa Fe NM

Victim reported that on this date the above listed suspect stole the above listed items from her residence. Suspect had place the items in the two bags, one was found outside in the bushes and one was left inside the residence. Upon Deputies arrival the suspect fled the area on foot but was apprehended after a short foot chase.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $2160.00


Case#  0213011604 Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit:  Heroin

Location:  Santa Fe County Detention Favcility, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Sigifredo Chacon-Lucero, 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit:  Heroin

On Monday, July 29, 2013 at 2:00 AM the suspect was at the location and was found to be in possession of a black in color, tar like substance suspected of being heorin.

Victim:  Female, 47, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Daniel Martinez, 48, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Breaking and Entering, Battery Against a Household Member

On Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 10:14 PM the suspect entered a residence at the location through a closed window.  Once entry was gained the suspect pushed the victim against a wall.  The victim was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of and injury to her right shoulder.

On Sunday, July 28, 2013 between 8:15 AM and 10:45 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed $13.00 in US coins.
