The above listed subject was arrested on an active Felony Bench Warrant for failure to appear. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: Sony Black 50 inch TV Estimated Value: $800.00

Victim reports that unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location.  Entry was gained by breaking the door frame to the front door.  Suspect(s) also damaged a Electrical Service Meter. Once inside the above item was taken.  Estimated Value of Damage: $900.00.  Case still pending further investigation.


Case#:  0213000386/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/ Date:  1/8/13

Location:  28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe Adult Detention Ctr.)

Suspect:  Walter Rodriguez, age 34, Espanola, NM

Charged:  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On 1/8/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fight and possession of drug paraphernalia.  While correction officers separated several inmates which were involved in a fight in the facility, they searched the suspects cell and located 2 syringes rolled up in a pair of socks.  Suspect denied that the syringes were his and belonged to his ex-cell mate.  Correction Officers searched and cleaned the cell after the removal of the cell mate.  Suspect was rebooked and charged accordingly.


Case#:  021300403/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date:  1/8/13

Location:  100 block of Vista del Norte, Santa Fe, NM (West Meadows MHP)

On 1/8/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 0630 and 1815 hours, unknown persons gained entry into their residence through a window.  Victim stated that unknown persons took several game systems, misc. games, misc. jewelry, clothes, shoes, $150.00 cash, a 19" TV, a camcorder, hair clippers, a drill, and 2 cell phones.  Estimated value of items taken is $13,010.00.  There was no damage to the residence.


Case # 0213000290/ Larceny/ 1-7-2013

Location: Valley Cove MHP, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Stolen: Antique, Black in color. 16"x24" wood burning stove. Inscribed "1891"  

Victim reported between Sunday January 6, 2013 at 10:00AM  and Monday January 7, 2013 at 11:00am the above item was stolen out of his rental property and its suspected that the previous renter stole the item. The wood burning stove was the landlors's personal property and let the former tennant use it while renting the property. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $1,200.00


0213000317 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 01-07-2013

Location: Residence in Tierra Real Mobile Home Park off Airport Road

Stolen: 42" and 32" flat screen televisions, misc blue ray DVD's, video gamees, video gaming system and US currency.  Total estimated value of $3,280.00.

Sometime between 01-06-13 after 4:30PM and 01-07-2013 before 5:15PM someone gained forced entry into the victims residence through a window and stole the above listed property.

Location:  3900 block of Calle Cisco, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Verde Subdivision)

On 1/7/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between the hours of 0900 and 1700 unknown persons broke a southeast window with a brick and gained entry into her residence.  Victim stated that misc. jewelry was stolen from inside the residence. Estimated value of items taken is pending.  Estimated damage amount to window and screen is $500.00.

Location: Arroyo Seco Circle (Arroyo Seco area)

Stolen: Xbox game system w/ Kinnect, Xbox Games, Jewelry box, Misc. jewelry, 50 DVD movies, women’s high heel shoes. 

Victim reported that sometime between January 4 and January 6, 2013 unknown persons gained unauthorized forced entry into her residence through a door at the rear of the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Stolen: Flatscreen TV and jewelry

Value: $2,600.00

On 1-05-13 the victim reported between 01-03-13 and 01-05-13, unknown person(s) forced entry into her residence and stole the above items while she was away from the residence. The unknown suspect(s) broke the glass on the front door to gain entry. The case is under investigation and suspects are pending.

Subject: Maria Erivez      Age: 26       Espanola,NM

Subject was stopped by  Deputies after observing traffic violation. Driver was contacted and she admitted to Deputy that she should not be driving due to her license being revoked. The driver's license was confirmed being revoked with the arrest clause and the driver was then arrested. Driver was taken to jail and her vehicle seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5
