On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (69 year old male) was found by family member unconscious and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived on scene CPR was not conducted. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene, and death is appears to be of natural causes.

Stolen: 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, White in color, 3" inch body lift, light tinted windows, and "Hummer" stock wheels.
Victim reports approximately one and one half month ago, she loaned the above stated vehicle to her boyfriend. Victim states several attempts have been made to retrieve the vehicle but the boyfriend wil not bring it back and she doesn't know where her vehicle is. Victim states her boyfriend has no ownership of the vehicle and reported the vehicle stolen.

Arrested: 43 year old Lawrence Martinez Jr.
Victim stated the suspect, with out provocation attacked him. Victims brother and a friend intervened and seperated the suspect from the victim. Supect then retrieved a knife and threatened all thre victims while holding the knife. Suspect was located and arrested without incident.

On today's date at 2:45pm an undetermined amount of marijuana and three (3) Syboxin tablets were located in the front lobby men's bathrrom trash can. The narcotics were turned over to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and the case is currently under investigation.

On 6/3/13 deputy was dispatched to the area of Las Lomas in reference to a call of a Harley Davidson motorcycle falling over and driving all over the roadways in Valle Vista Subdivision. I was flagged down by 2 male subjects who observed the motorcycle on SR 14 driving recklessly. I observed the motorcycle and attempted to stop the motorcycle. The motorcycle would swerve in his lane and the driver would reach down and grab his foot pedals. I stopped the motorcycle and contacted the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment. He conducted field sobriety tests and showed signs of impairment. The suspect was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent. He submitted to a breath test and his results for his BrAC were .13, .12. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 11:45 PM deputies responded to a residence at the locationin reference to the suspect yelling on a loud speaker. The suspect threw a brick at the victim striking him in the leg causing a minor injury which required no medical attention. When contacted by deputies the suspect resisted and had to be physically restrained to be taken into custody.

Victim report between May, 2013 to todays date unknown suspects fraudulently used his credit. Victim reported the charges were made that he did not authorize. Fradulent charges were over $20,000.00. This case remains under investigation.
