On Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 12:30 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location at 45 Miles Per Hour in a posted 35 Mile Per Hour zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance suspected of being heroin. The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Seizure Ordinance.

On Monday, July 1, 2013 between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, person(s) unknown utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by breaking the front door window. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed several pieces of electronic equipment, jewelry and cash from the residence.

Victim reports nothing appeared to be missing from within the home or disturbed. Estimated value of damage was valued at $50.00. Case still pending further.

Arrested: 39 year old Celina Gonzales, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
Deputies were disapatched to the area of W. Gutierrez in reference to a fight in progress. Suspects were reported driving in a purple Jeep. Deputies arrived to the scene and observed the suspect leaving the area. Suspects were stopped and the driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Driver showed signs of impairment during testing and was arrested accordingly.
