Between 9:00pm and 9:30pm on 6/30/13, an unknown male went to the victim's residence and cut the valve stems on the victim's vehicle. When the victim confronted the suspect, the suspect threatened the victim with a knife. The suspect fled before deputies arrived on scene.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic distrubance. Victim reports her and her boyfriend got into a heated argument. The argument escalated into a physical altercation where the victim was pushed down. The above was arrested and booking accordingly without further incident.

On 6/29/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Complainant advised that the suspect was acting suspicious and the Detention Officer asked for the note that was folded in the suspect's hand. Suspect handed over the note in which it contained an orange strip possibly Suboxone that was in a plastic bag. Suspect was charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Friday, June 28, 2013 at 11:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location when he allowed the vehicle to leave the roadway on the left side striking a dirt embankment. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. the suspect was found to be in possession of an open bottle of vodka.

On Friday, June 28, 2013 at 9:24 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana which was located in the vehicle's glove compartment.

Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location sometime between 4pm on June 28, 2013 and 12am on June 29, 2013. Entry was gained through a bedroom window. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage $140.00. Case still pending further investigation.

On 6/28/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 2:30 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. unknown persons entered her garage through a door and took 4 tires, 4 chrome rims and a hydraulic pump. Estimated value of items taken is $1,700.00. There was no damage to the door.

On 6/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Complainant advised that the mail clerk had located 4 orange strips possibly Suboxone in a white envelope which was addressed to an inmate. The inmate denied knowing about the 4 strips of Suboxone. The inmate would not give any further information. Case is still under investigation.

Victim stated that on 6/26/13 at 4:50 p.m. a female and 2 small children were on her property wanting to clean it due to the property being in foreclosure. Victim stated that her property was not in foreclosure and the female was near her vehicle taking pictures. Victim stated that she went to her vehicle on 6/27/13 and noticed 2 cell phone chargers missing from within. Estimated amount of items taken is $30.00.
