Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a vehicle fire. Victim reports her and the above suspect were involved in a verbal argument. Victim states the above suspect set her 2008 White in color Chevy Impala on fire, causing approximately $2,500.00 worth of damage. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Arrested: Anderson Onesalt 46 yoa male, Espanola NM
Charges: DWI 4th, Unsafe Equipment, and Registration on Demand
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at approximatey 1938 hours on a White GMC Seirra Pick-up truck after observing the passenger in the vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt. Upon contact with the driver, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from drivers breath. Driver admitted to comsuming 3 Bud Light Beers prior to driving. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and was administered a breath test, which resulted in a .12/.12. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly without further incident. The passenger seatbelt was found to be broken. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordianace 2006-5 due to the suspect having 3 prior DWI arrests.

Location: Giant Gas Station on Airport Road and South Meadows
Arrested: Jared Rivera, 22-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-28-2013 at about 1:50AM Deputies observed Mr. Rivera drive into the Giant Gas Station parking lot in his green in color Toyota 4-Runner. Mr. Rivera parked at a gas pump, exited his vehicle. As he was walking into the gas statiobn he made contact with Deputies who could smell the odatr of alcohol emitting from his breath. He also showed further signs of impairment. He submitted to field sobriety tests. He displayed signs of impairment on the tests and was placed under arrest. A small amount of Marijuana was also located in his vehicle. He refused to submitt to a breath test and was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 6/267/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 6/26/13 at 10 p.m. and 6/17/13 at 10 a.m. unknown persons gained entry into his residence through a window. Victim stated unknown persons stole a handgun and 5 sets of baby clothes. Victim also stated that unknown persons damaged his 32" TV. Estimated value of items taken is $550.00. Estimated damage amount is $400.00.
