Victim stated that she and suspect were involved in an argument when the suspect grabbed her by the throat and pushed her to the ground. Victim stated she was going to call 911 and suspect grabbed her cell phone and damaged it. Estimated damage amount is $250.00. Suspect fled the area.

On 12/10/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 645 a.m. and 430 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence by breaking a window. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a DVD player, an Ipod, misc. jewelry, misc. US Currency, and misc. figurines. Estimated value of items taken is $3840.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

Victim reported that sometime between 12/9/13 and 11/30/2013 some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence and stole the above listed items from within the residence.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Black in color Nissan at the above location after observing the vehicle failing to maintain lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicant was detected. SFST's were attempted but stopped for the driver's safety. Driver was then arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting .18/.18. Above was booked accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

During the time suspect was being handcuffed, the suspect stated she had narcotics in her chest area and did not want to take the narcotics into jail. Suspect was taken to jail and charged with the narcotics violation, the warrant and was cited for the traffic violation.
