On 10/6/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in refernce to a wanted person who had several felony warrants. Suspect was located underneath a mobile home and refused to come out. Deputies commanded suspect to come out in which he finally did and was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on above warrants.

On 10/6/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect advised that she and victim were involved in an argument over money. Suspect stated that victim got in her face in which she pushed victim. Victim grabbed child and the suspect scratched victim on his neck. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Mai Ting, age 68, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Agg. Battery against a household member
On 10/6/13 deputy responded to a 911 hang up call at the above location. Contact was made with the victim and the suspect who advised they were involved in an argument. Suspect struck victim on the left side of his head with a broom stick and hit him on the right hand with a mop handle. Suspect admitted to striking victim. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen: 3 ipads $1000ea, 1 iphone $500, 1 ipod touch $300
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to 3 auto burglaries. Each vehicle had a window broken out and the items that were taken were in plain view. Each damaged window was valued at about $300.00. The theft took place sometime between 9:30am and 10:30am

Victim: 44 year old female
On 10/5/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a Death Investigation. Victim's brother arrived at victim's residence and located victim unconcious, not breathing. Victim suffered from several illnesses. OMI was contacted and took over investigation. No foul play was involved.

On this date Victim reported that her husband had returned home after being served with an order of protection. The above suspect was located at the residence and arrested without incident for violating the restraining order. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on above charges.

Victim reports that a binder with miscellaneous court documents was stolen from inside his residence sometime between 12:00pm and 5:00pm on October 4, 2013. There were no signs of forced entry at the residence. Investigation is still ongoing.

Location: Hyde Park Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/4/13 deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Dept. in reference to a burglary that occurred on Hyde Park Road. Victim stated that between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into their friend's vehicle and stole her purse. Victim stated that inside the purse was a wallet, several credit cards ,bank cards and gift cards, prescription bifocal glasses, and an unknown amount of US Currency. Victim stated that she cancelled her credit cards and was told that one of them had been used in the amount of $69.11. There was no damage to the vehicle. Estimated amount of items taken is $1505.00.

Location: 1500 block of Burro Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Alameda)
On 10/4/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into her sheds between 10/2/13 and 10/4/13. Victim stated that unknown persons broke the latch to the shed. Victim stated that unknown persons took a chainsaw, and misc. tools from the shed. Several batteries, an extension cord, and 4 tires and rims were taken from the front yard. Estimated value of items taken is $1,100.00. Estimated damage amount is $10.00.

The victim reported that he went to bed and woke up in the morning of 10/3/13 to find $1500.00 missing from his pants pocket. A family member or someone posing as a family member is suspected.
