Stolen: 1992 Ford F-250, tan in color, Diesel, bearing NM license plate 991NAW, .22 caliber rifle, (1) pair of binoculars (Recovered), (1) blue pullover windbreaker (Recovered), (1) pair of rubber "Muck " boots, (1) blue handled tree trimmers, (1) yellow handled tree trimmers, and (1) green in color pliers (Recovered)
Arrested: Scott Johnson, 25 yoa, General Delivery SF, NM (Recieving stolen property)
On today's date, Wed. April 13, 2013 between the hours of 5:00pm and 5:30 pm the above named suspect was seen on the above stated property. Deputies went to locate the said individual but he was not located. Later in the shift, the above mentioned person was located nearby. He had in his possession the above mentioned binoculars and pliers. The above was arrested for recieving stolen property. This case is currently under investigation.

0213005383 Death Investigation 4/17/2013

Location: Camino Dos Antonios (Agua Fria area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (40 year old female) was found by a friend unconscious and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived on scene CPR was conducted but they were unable to resuscitate her. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene. This incident is currently under investigation the Sheriff’s Office.

Decedent: 58 year old male
On 04-16-13 Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the above location. Upon arrival a 58 year old male was found unconcious and not breathing. Paramedics were on scene, however, no life saving techniques could be rendered. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted. There were no signs of foul play observed.

Suspect: Denise Rivera, 46, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal damage to
Property of a Household Member
On Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 9:40 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a report of a Domestic Disturbance. The suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal altercation. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the head with a kerosene lamp. The victim sustained a laceration to the top of his head and was transported by ambulance to the Espanola Valley Hospital where he was treated for his injury. Both the suspect and victim had been drinking at the time of this incident.

On the above mentioned date, Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a welfare check on a 51 year old male subject. Upon the Deputies arrival the 51 year old male victim was located in his home with no signs of life. This case ramains under investigation.

Victim stated on 04/15/13 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm suspects gained unauthorized entry into his home and took the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.
