Arrested: Francisco Franco, 50-year-old male from Santa Fe
On 10-08-13 Mr. Franco battered a family member during an altercation at a residence on Jemez Road. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Sometime within the month of September someone shot a Santa Fe County Radar speed sign with a small caliber firearm. The bullet caused damage to the signs internal parts. The damage is estimated at about $3,000.

Deputies responded to location where they met with the victim. Victim reported that two suspects entered the establishment and demanded money. Victim complied and suspects fled the area. Victim stated during the robbery, the suspects also took electronics and jewelry. Case is under investigation.

Victim stated that between October 04, 2013 at 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm on October 06, 2013 suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained the suspects took the above item from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Noel Martinez, 42-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 10-07-13 at about 7:45AM Mr. Martinez pointed a double barrel shotgun at the male victim while they were both stopped for a red light at the above intersection. The victim reported the incident to the Sheriff's Office. Contact was made with Mr. Martinez shortly after and he was arrested.
