Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into a 2009 Maroon Toyota Corolla. Victim had parked the vehicle in the west parkng lot leaving the car for approximately 10 minutes. When victim returned the vehicle had a broken and pried window frame. The above items had been taken from within the vehicle. Case still pending further investigation.

On 8/29/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that he was involved in an altercation with his mother and the suspect struck the victim in the nose. Victim stated that the argument was over money. Victim showed signs that he had a bloody nose. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: residence off of Blackberry Lane, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)
On 8/29/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim and complainant stated that sometime between 8/21/13 at 10:30 a.m. and 8/29/13 at 9:00 a.m. unknown persons cut the chain to the front gate of the property. Complainant stated that unknown persons had damaged the door to the garage and took a saw that was inside. Estimated value of the item taken is $500.00. Estimated damage amount is $165.00.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that the suspect had battered a Household Member causing minor pain and injury. Suspect was booked into the Santa fe Detention Facility without incident.

On 8/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic. Victim stated that she and suspect were involved in an argument. Suspect pushed victim, placed his hands around the victim's neck and began to strangle her. Victim pushed suspect away. Suspect admitted to pushing victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
