Thomas Murray was arrested for carrying a concealed deadly weapon, A 4 inch bladed Buck Knife after it was reported that he was threatening County personnel at 901 west Alameda St. regarding the use of open space land. He was booked without further incident.

On this date Victim stated between 1:00 am and 7:30 am some unknown suspect(s) damaged his vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) sprayed painted the vehicle with red paint of male gentile parts on the windows mirrors, doors. also the taillights, headlights. The vehicle was also keyed/scratched on both sides.
The damage was reported to be about $1,000.00

On 9/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/27/13 and 9/4/13 unknown persons entered his property and gained entry into several of his vehicles. Victim stated that unknown persons took several car batteries from within the vehicles. Estimated value of items taken is $415.00.

Arrested: Duwayne Blankley - age 43, Albuquerque, NM
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash at the above location and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest after being treated at the hospital for his injuries and he was booked into the Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Kory Calabaza, 24-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09-01-2013 at about 7:30AM Deputies responded to a mogtor vehjicle crash on State Road 599 northbound near mile post 3. Upon arrival contact was made with Mr. Calabaza who had rolled his vehicle, a 2001 Toyota Corolla. He displayed signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. He was arrested and transported to Saint Vincent Hospital where a legal blood draw was conducted. Results are pendingt. He was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The above driver was stopped at a DWI checkpoint at the above location and found to be impaired. The driver was placed under arrest at the scene.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:00pm and 7:20pm, on 9/2/13, someone entered her bedroom window and stole her purse. She and her daughter were home at the time but did not see the suspect(s) enter. Investigation is still ongoing.

On Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 12:30 AM the suspect was found to be in possession of an orange in color plastic strip, suspected of being suboxone. The suspect had been in the Dentention Center for five days.
