Location: Residence on AB's Road off Camino Chupadero

On July 22nd between 9:30AM and 10:00AM a juvenile female was standing outside on her front porch when she was approached by a male individual wearing a brown shirt and no pants, exposing his genitals.  According to the victim the male grabbed her shorts and tried to pull them down but she pushed him away and locked herself inside her residence.  She described the male as being in his twenties, about 5'5" medium to dark skin, thin build with a mohawk haircut. He fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.

Location: Camino Vista Aurora, Santa Fe, NM (Rufian Area)

Stolen: Black Dell Laptop, Silver and Black Movado watch, Silver Rings, PS3 Game Station, blue I-Pod, and 8 XBox games total estimated value: $ 3160.00

Victim reports unknown persons gained unlawful entry into the above location.  Entry was gained sometime between the hours of 1600 hour and 1830 hours on the above date.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Case still pending further investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a fraud. Deputy was told that a known person to the establishment fraudulently obtained money through false means. Case is still under investigation

02130011164 Death Investigation

Location: Hijo De Dios (Eldorado area)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (68 year old female) was found unresponsive and not breathing by family members. CPR was not conducted by paramedics due to there being a DNR in effect. Exact cause of death is not known at this time. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: Las Lomas Rd (Valle Vista Subdivision)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (64 year old female) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a caregiver. CPR was not conducted by paramedics. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene, and the cause of death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: Rincon Escondido, Espanola NM (La Puebla Area)

Arrested: Joseph War 28 yoa male, Espanola NM

Deputies responded to above location around 10:01 pm in reference to a domestic distrubance.  Victim reports the above suspect/ boyfriend got into a verbal argument with her.  When he grabbed her by the arms and pushed her to the ground twice.  Suspect was arrested on the above charges and booked without further incident.

Location:  3800 block of Riverside Drive, Santa Fe, NM (Riverside MHP)

On 7/20/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that an acquaintence of her friend had taken her vehicle and returned it just after he took it.  Victim stated that the suspect took 30 Suboxone from inside her vehicle.  Victim stated that she confronted suspect in which they were involved in a verbal altercation.  Victim stated that suspect threw a brick breaking her back driver's side window to her vehcle.  Estimated value of items taken is $40.00.  Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Damaged: Scratches on Vehicle

On the above date victim reported that some unknown person(s) put three long scratches on his vehicle a 2007 Dodge pickup truck sometime between 7/18/13 and this date at. The damage was estimated to be about $1500.00.

Location: 3200 block Calle Po Ae Pi Trail (Ramirez Thomas school)

Stolen: Copper electrical wire, Drill, and Power Saw

Victim reported on Saturday July 20, 2013 some unknown person(s) forcefully entered his locked trailer storage box, which was parked on the south side of the school. Victim reported the above listed items were stolen sometime between July 19, 2013 (1600 hours) and July 20, 2013.

The items stolen were valued at about $1500.00

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (19 year old male) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a staff member. CPR was not conducted by staff or paramedics. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene, and the exact cause of death is still to be determined. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
