Sometime between April 16th and July 2nd someone stole the above property from the "Dead dog well" off Old Buckman Road.

A Black in color Ford F150 was observed traveling eastbound at the above location at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered he was suspended/ revoked pursuant to the arrest clause 66-8-122G. The above was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident. The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Victim stated between the hours of 8:00am on July 12, 2013 and 7:00pm on July 15, 2013 unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victim's vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took the above mentioned item's. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Samsung Galaxy Tablet and $14.00 in US currency
Victim reported that on today's date between the hours o 11:00am to 3:50pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputy witnessed the above person crash his vehicle at the above location then attempt to flee from the area. Upon contact with the driver he was unable to provide a valid drivers license, registration, or insurance. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail for the above charges and Careless Driving.

Charged: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked
On Friday, July 12, 2013 at 7:01 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. A pssenger in the vehicle had been observed urinating in public. A traffic stop was initiated and it was revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause Attached. The vehicle was not siezed in under the DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance as this violation took place inside the Santa Fe City Limits.

On Friday, July 12, 2013 at 4:445 PM a package being mailed to an inmate at the location was intercepted in the mail room. The package was determined to contain ten orange in color strips suspected of being Suboxone.

Suspect: Joseph Martinez, age 52, Espanola, NM
On 7/12/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a fight. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim who stated that the suspect had battered him and also threatened him with a knife at their mother's residence. Contact was made with the suspect who stated that he was involved in an altercation but did not threaten the victim with the knife. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
