On Friday, July 19, 2013 at 8:36 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location and for reason(s) unknown lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

On Friday, July 19, 2013 at 3:26 AM the vehicle was observed at the location off of the roadway on the north side having struck a dirt embankment. The suspect was found to be in the vehicle and admitted to being the driver at the time of the collision. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On 7/18/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence by cutting a window screen. Victim stated that unknown persons took a Smith and Wesson handgun and misc. jewelry from within. Estimated value of the items taken is $580.00. Estimated damage amount is $25.00.

Victim reported that sometime between June 30, 2013 at 10:00pm and July 1, 2013, 8:00am unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s garage and shed and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 12:20 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location without lighted headlamps and straddling the center divide line. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and prescription medication. A Drug Influence Evaluation was administered to the suspect and a Blood Sample was obtained. The results of the analysis of the Blood Sample are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of an open bottle of Captain Morgan Rum.

Victim reported that on 07-17-2013 at about 12:30pm he was eating lunch and parked the above stated motorcycle in the parking lot of the above stated location. Victim returned to the parking lot and found his motorcycle to be missing. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (52 year old male) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a coworker at his office. CPR was conducted but was unsuccessful, there were no signs of foul play located at the scene, and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
