Victim was located by a neighbor to be unresponssive and not breathing. Upon medic and Deputy arrival, victim could not be revived. OMI responded assisted with investigation. No foul play is suspected.

Arrested: Hector Rascon, 34-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 07-08-13 Mr. Rascon used a kitchen knife to threaten a family member while involved in an argument.

Sometime between July 3rd and July 8th someone kicked in a piece of plywood out of a window openeing causing minor damage. They entered the school and stole a 42" flat screen TV valued at $2,000.00.

Deputy responded to location in regards to an inmate who had just been booked into the facility having in his possession a controlled substance. The substance was seized and inmate was rebooked into the facility with the additional charge.

Location: 4000 La Carrera (Rancho Carrera Apartments)
Someone tried stealing a 2005 Jeep Liberty from the parking lot of Rancho Carrera Apartments sometime between the evening hours of June 7, 2013 8:00 p.m. to the early morning hours of today 6:30 a.m., June 8, 2013. Suspects used an unknown object to break the drivers side window and to gain entry. They used a screw driver to tamper with the ignition but were unable to start the vehicle. Damage to the window and ignition ias estimated at about $1,000.0.

Location: 1100 block of Chicoma Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Alameda)
On 7/7/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 7/4/13 at 10:00 a.m. and 7/7/13 at 4:30 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into a north side door. Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. power tools from within. Estimated value of $3,540.00. Unknown persons damaged the door frame and the window screens. Estimated damage amount $175.00.

Arrested: Dustin Yudovitz - age 27, Albuquerque, NM
Deputies responded to a call from Drunk Busters regarding a reckless driver. They conducted a traffic stop and the driver showed signs of impairment. During the arrest, the driver spit and kicked one of the deputies. The driver refused to submit to a breath test as well. The driver was charged and booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reports sometime between 6/8/13 and 7/5/13, horse stables were entered along with forced entry into the tack room where multiple leather saddles with various tack items were reported missing. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Jannelle Valdez 26 yoa female, Espanola NM
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Correction officers found the above suspect to be in possession of a orange in color substance in a syringe, known to be suboxone. Above suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Leopoldo Rodriguez - age 44, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for inoperable tail lamps and exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .12 and .12 BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
