Victim reported that sometime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on today's date, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $4,000.00

On Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 3:59 PM, the suspect was operating Vehicle #1 east at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. The suspect lost control of Vehicle #1 allowing it to cross left of the center divide line at which time the left side of Vehicle #1 struck the left side of Vehicle #2 which was traveling west at the location. The suspect was airlifted to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was admitted for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Driver #2 and passengeres were transported to the Los Alamos Medical Center where they were treated and released for minor injuries. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of the Blood Alcohol Test are pending at this time. A check with the new Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect does not have a motorcycle endorsement. The suspect was also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a smoking device containing suspected burnt marijuana residue.

Victim reported that at approximately 9:00pm on 4/21/12 unknown person(s) damaged the arm of the security gate into the Tierra Encantada subdivision.
The damage to the gate was estimated to be over $1000.00
Case# 0212005956 Death Investigation

Victim: Female, 74, Santa Fe, NNM
On Sunday, April 22, 2012 at approximately 8:48 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in response to a report of an unresponsive female. Upon arrival Emergency Medical Services Personnel were attempting to revive the victim. These attempts met with negative results and the victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. Foul Play is not suspected in this incident.

Victim had visable signs of injuries to his face. Suspect was booked for Battery against a household member.
