Arrested: Lewis Snyder 63 years old, Santa Fe, NM.
Suspect was located at the above mentioned location after it was reported as a reckless driver. Contact was made with the driver at which time signs of impairment were detected. Subject agreed to submit to sobriety testing. Suspect was arrest after testing was administered. Subject submitted to chemical testing which showed a .22 and .23 BAC. Suspect was arrested accordingly.

Victim: 86 year old male, Santa Fe, NM.
Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded the a report of an unconsious male subject that was not breathing. Deputies arrived to find the aforementioned subject with no signs of life. Santa Fe Medics arrived on scene but were unable to revive the male subject. OMI was contacted and shortely after arrived to the scene. No signs of foul play were found.
