On 4/26/12 at about 12:32pm entry was gained to the above residence through an unlocked front door. Suspect(s) stole several knives, an Ipod, misc. collectors coins, misc. jewelry, a digital camera, and binoculars from the master bedroom. No other windows or doors were opened. Estimated value of items taken is $11000.00.

On 4/26/12 victim called 9-1-1 when she saw a flash of light from a car in her driveway. Victim stated she hid inside her grandfather's closet. Suspects broke the window to the middle north bedroom with a cinder block, entered the residence and found the victim in the closet. Victim and suspects got into a scuffle over her cell phone. Suspects wanted the phone to see if she had called 9-1-1. Suspects took the phone from her. Suspects asked victim for a ride. Victim refused and suspects left the area on foot. Victim said Joey Salazar is her boyfriend and Michael Armijo is Joey's brother. Suspects were located by Santa Fe Police Department at a traffic stop on Southbound 599 at mile marker 4. Suspects were taken into custody. Suspects were transported and booked into ADC for the above charges. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 4/25/12 victim wanted to report a fraudulent use of a credit card. Victim stated that they went on vacation to Mexico on 12/18/11 through 12/28/11. Victim stated that her bank contacted her and told her there was a charge on her account which was made on 3/6/12. Victim stated that the bank did not approve the charge. Victim stated that she received a statement from her account in which there were several transactions. Victim stated that the unknown suspects withdrew amounts out of her account with the credit card. Estimated value is $1274.64.

On 4/25/12 between the hours of 0810 and 1600 unknown suspects broke into the victim's residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects took misc. US currency, and 20 misc. DVDs. There were no signs of forced entry. Estimated value of items taken is $922.00.

On 4/25/12 victim reported that some time between 11:00pm and 11:30pm on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 unknown suspect(s) stole an orange and black 3/4" sewer snake with 100 feet of coil. Estimated value of the item taken is $2400.00. Victim stated that he has a few suspects on who may have taken the item.

Location: 2308 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM (Smith's Parking Lot)
On 4/25/12 victim said that some time between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday, April 21, 2012 while his vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Smith's located at 2308 Cerrillos Road that an unidentified suspect attempted to break into his vehicle. There was a small dent below the rear window where it appeared someone had kicked it, and there were several scratch marks to the inside of the top of the driver's side front door. The rubber insulator was also very loose. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 4/25/12 a letter addressed to an inmate at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center was received at the jail. The mail clerk checked the letter and discovered several strips with Seroquel. The letter had a return address a suspect. Case is still under investigation.

On 4/24/12, victim said that some time between 6:50am and 5:00pm, suspect(s) entered the residence by breaking the southwest living room window and stole items from within. Victim stated that suspects stole a 12 ga. shotgun, a 20 ga shotgun, a digital camera, a laptop computer, a 22" flatscreen TV, and misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $10,450.00. Estimated damage amount is pending.
