Victim stated that Sometime between Saturday April 13, 2013 at 12:00pm and Monday April 15, 2013 at 7:00am an unknown suspect entered a residential construction site at the above location. The suspect disassembled and took a 25' piece of chain at the entrance to the site. Once on the property the suspect took the above listed items.
The stolen items were valued at about $1850.00

Location: Santa Fe County Road 109 and US Hwy 84-285 (Pojoaque Area)
Arrested: William Wagner 23 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Concealing Identity
A traffic stop was conducted on a primered black Jeep Cherokee for a minor traffic infraction at the above location. Upon contact with the driver it was found that the passenger in vehicle was moving around very suspicious. Contact was made with the passenger who provided false personal information. It was found the above suspect/passenger had a warrant. Incident to arrest the suspect was searched and found with a pipe and a crystal like substance, field tested to be Meth. Above suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Location:Airport Road/ Constellation Drive, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Albert Roybal, 39 years of age, Las Vegas, NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle in reference to a #DWI/ Drunkbusters call. Prior to conducting the traffic stop, the vehicle was observed not maintaining its lane of travel. Contact was made with the driver, he was found to be intoxicated, driving on a suspended drivers license, have a warrent for his arrest, and had a two (2) year child in the car while he was operating it. The above subject was booked accordingly without incident.

Victim reported on this date while at the car show between the hours of 9:00pm and 9:52pm unknown person(s) threw a rock through the back window of his vehicle. The rear window was shattered and the rear body of the vehicle around the window was also damaged. This case is currently under invetigation by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.
The above listed damage was valued at about $2,800.00

On this date it was reported that on 4/12/13 victim was give a ride home by a friend. The friend stayed for a while and the next day victim noticed the above listed items missing from his residence.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $930.00
