On 10/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a report of Bringing Contraband into a place of imprisonment. Deputy made contact with person reporting who stated that a correction officer had located a syringe which had a brown type substance, a piece of a small plastic bag containing a brown tar like substance, a plastic spoon containing a brown tar like substance which was located in the suspect's cell. A check of the suspect's matteress was made and the suspect stepped on a piece of paper and attempted to conceal it. Detention officer located the piece of paper which contained Heroin. Suspect stated that he was looking for a piece of paper which had numbers on it. Suspect admitted to person reporting that he brought in the Heroin. Suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On October 20, 2012 at 1:00am the daughter of the victim asked the suspect who is her husband to leave her residence and that she no longer wanted him there. The suspect took the key to the vehicle, and left without permission from the victim or the daughter. Registered owner signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the vehicle was entered into NCIC.
