Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an ambulance assist of a heavily intoxicated male. Upon contact with above individual he was aggressive towards Deputies and attempted to punch one Deputy in the face with a closed fist. Above individual was treated at St. Vincent's Hospital and JPO authorized incarceration on the above charges. Juvenile was transported and booked accordingly on the above charges at JDC without further incident.

On 2/26/13 suspect went over to victim's residence to pick up money that victim owed him. An argument ensued between the victim and the suspect. The suspect picked up a garden hoe and struck victim with it. Victim received injuries to his neck, shoulder and right index finger. Suspect was located, arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Victim advised on yesterday's date between 3:00am and 3:30am two unidentified males came to his residence, battered him, punched a hole in his wall, and while in the residence stole the above stated items. This case is currently under investigation.
