On 04-14-13 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary. Upon arrival contact was made with the complainant who stated sometime between 04-13-13 at 8:00pm and 04-14-13 at 12:00a, unknown suspect(s) entered a building on the property and stole the above items. Access was gained by cutting a whole in the metal siding. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Suspect: Alixis Alvarez, age 25, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Violation of an Order of Protection
On 4/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a violation of an order of protection. Deputy observed the suspect standing outside of the residence. Victim arrived and stated that he had a copy of the protection order stating that the suspect was not to contact him or be at his residence. Suspect was aware of the order. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: residence off of Mariposa Road, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
On 4/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to an identity theft. Victim stated that an unknown persons opened a credit card from Banana Republic under his name. Victim stated that the card was opened in November 2012 and is now going to collections. Victim stated that the unknown persons used his social security card number. The amount in collections is $2,300.00.

Location: residence off of Las Estrellas Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 4/12/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his residence through the back door. Victim stated unknown persons took a 50" flatscreen TV, an Xbox game console, and misc. Xbox games. Estimated value of items taken is $1,200.00. No damage to the residence.
0213005141 Death Investigation 04/12/2012

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (73 year old female) was found at the above location complaining of chest pain by family member. Paramedics arrived on scene and were unable to resuscitate her. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes

Victim stated that on last date sometime between 9:30pm and 8:00am some unknown person unlawfully entered the business by throwing a rock through the west facing window. The suspect opened the cash register that had no money inside, at this time it did not appear that anything had been stolen.
The items damaged were valued at about $1000.00

Victim reported that on April 10th 2013 she was staying at the above listed resort. Victim stated that she left her room in the morning, leaving her diamond ring on the dresser and upon returning later in the day discovered it was missing.
The items stolen were valued at about $2000.00

On Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:21 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location in the northbound lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

On Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 9:10 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and was failing to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

Victim stated that on April 10, 2013 at approximately 2:35 pm he heard a noise comming from outside his home. Victim stated it was at that time he observed signes of forced entry to his home. This case remains under investigation.
