On 03-20-13 between the hours of 5:00PM and 5:30PM unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's apartment through an unlocked door and stole the above listed television.

Suspect: Alma Munoz-Ibarra, age 43, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Driver to be licensed, Open Container
On 3/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Caller advised that the suspect left in a white in color Yukon. Deputy observed the vehicle at the above location. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to be impaired. Driver admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages and agreed to take SFST's. Driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Driver agreed to submit to a breath test. Driver's BrAC results were .17 and .15. Driver did not have a driver's license and an open container was located in the vehicle. Driver was transported and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Location: 4000 La Carrera, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)
On 3/20/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 1000 and 1130 unknown persons gained entry into the residence by removing a screen and going through the window. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a DVD player, a Xbox gaming system with games and controller, and a DVD. Estimated value of items taken is $720.00, Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

Location:Snow Blossom Road(Santa Fe NM area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (63 year old male) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date above listed inmate Suspect was having a conversation with the suspect. Suspect then unlawfully touched the victim in the chest area. Suspect was arrested and was booked into the adult detention center on the above charges.

Victim: Hispanic Male, 21, Stanley, NM
On Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 5:05 AM the victim was found unresponsive in his bed. Upon the arrival of Emgency Medical Services (EMS) the viictim was not displaying any signs of life. The victim sufferred from a breathing disorder. Foul play is not suspected at this time.

Location: 500 block of State Road 76, Chimayo, NM
On 3/18/13 victim stated that his grandson spent the night at his residence on 3/17/13. Victim stated that his grandson left late this morning. Victim stated that he left at 1200 hours and returned at 1730 hours to find that his grandson was inside his home without his permission. Victim stated that he noticed a plexiglass window was removed and nothing was taken from inside the home. Victim did not want to pursue charges on his grandson. No items were taken and there was no damage.

complainant stated that the listed speakers were used in February. Complainant stated that they have looked for the speakers throughout the school and have no been able to locate them. This case ramains under investigation.
