On today’s date the above victim advised that she discovered someone had opened an account at Wells Fargo Bank using her name and social security number. The victim indicated that on/around 8/14/12 she went into a Wells Fargo Branch inAlbuquerque,NMand cashed a check using her Social security card as a form of ID.

Arrested: Martin Orantes-Santos age 43, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference a domestic disturbance. Suspect was arrested after verifying that a battery had occurred. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

On 8/23/12 victim reported that her husband was served a restraining order.  Victim reported that the suspect was at her residence.  Contact was made with the suspect in which he was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/23/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that around 8 weeks ago she had a bag of 1 dollar bills and some change stolen from inside her residence.  Victim stated that 3 weeks ago another bag containing a personal check and $60.00 in one dollar bills was also taken from within her residence.  Victim believes that entry was gained through a sliding glass door.  Estimated value of items taken is $329.00 in cash.  No damage to the sliding door.

Suspect:  Andres Romero, age 29, Espanola, NM

Charged:  Possession of a controlled substance

On 8/23/12 correction officers at the jail conducted a pat search on inmate Andres Romero.  Correction officers found suboxone in the left pocket of his jump suit.  Suspect stated that he located it in the bathroom.  Suspect was arrested and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  residence off of Tahoe Court, Edgewood, NM (off of SR344)

On 8/23/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Deputy noticed that there was damage to the front door and the door knob.  The neighbor stated that the owner of the residence had an emergency situation.  Victim advised that suspects gained entry between  0900 and 1700.  Victim advised neighbor to check for items.  The items that were stolen was a silver 380 handgun, shocker paintball gun, tipmen paintball gun, 2 paintball guns, a black brief case with jewelry, and 5 30 gallon tubs with collectable toys.  Estimated value of items taken is $3400.00.  Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

Location:  residence off of Las Estrellas, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Frontage Rd.)

On 8/22/12 Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between the hours of 1200 and 1400 unknown suspects gained entry into his residence and took a flat screen computer monitor, a Dell Computer tower, an HP all in one printer, coin wrapping machine, a digital camera and $100.00 cash.  Victim stated that the suspects forced open the front door.  Estimated value of items taken is $3,250.00.  Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Suspect:  Sirina Ortega, age 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged: Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property, Larceny

On 8/22/12 deputy was dispatched to assist SFPD with a stolen vehicle.  Vehicle  was stolen from above location earlier today and vehicle was located at 2100 Rancho Siringo Road.  Suspect admitted to taking a 1990 Toyota Camry and several power tools.  Suspect admitted to taking the tools to Pawn City.  Suspect was arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Estimated value of items taken is $2000.00.

Victim reported that some unknown person(s) used his credit card  number  during the month of August and charged several items. The charges were made in San Diego CA.  Victim was unsure how anyone had came into contact with his card number due to the fact that she still has it in his possession.

The above charges were valued at about $ 851.32
