Victim reported that sometime between 1/3/13 and this date some unknown subjects stole the above listed items from the victims vehicle. A 2007 Gold Cadillac Escalade. The Vehicle was locked, and parked inside his locked garage. There were no signs of forced entry into the garage or the vehicle.
The above listed item stolen were valued at about $150.00

Arrested: Sergio Zuniga-Mendez, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02-17-2013 at about 1:00AM the above suspect drove off the roadway crashing through a fence while traveling southbound on State Road 14 near mile post 44. Upon contact with the driver he showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test, which showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit.

Arrested: Luis Lozoya-Nata, 19-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02-16-2013 at about 9:00PM a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Lozoya-Nata's vehicle after it crossed into another lane of travel almost striking a marked Sheriff's Office patrol unit while traveling east on Airport Road. Mr. Lozoya-Nata showed signs of impairmentand admitted to smoking "spice" prior to driving and failed the standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and several partially smoked hand rolled cigarettes containing a grean leafy substance suspected to be marijuana were located in the vehicle.

Location: residence off of Camino Cerro Chato, Cerrillos, NM
On 2/16/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 2/14/13 at 1700 hours and today at 1630 hours unknown persons gained entry into her shed by kicking the door open. Victim also stated that unknown persons shattered the glass to the front door. Victim stated that unknown persons stole misc. jewelry from within. Estimated value of items taken is $550.00. Estimated damage amount is $650.00.

Suspect was observed operating motor vehicle at a high rate of speed at above location. Suspect was stopped at which time it was discovered the driver was operating the motor vehicle while priveleges were revoked with an arrest clause. Suspect was arrest accordingly.

Victim stated that he stopped at the above listed location for a walk on February 15, 2013 at 1400 hours. When he returned several hours later he noticed that his vehicle had been vandalized.This case remains under investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location. The above listed suspect was found in possession of a green leaf like substance. The above suspect was arrested and re- booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the new charge.

Complainant reported on today's date at or around the time of 12:30pm, she came to the residence and found the front door to be opened and damaged. Upon further investigation, it appears that the residence had been ransacked but it is unknown if anything was stolen. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
Damage to the door is valued at $200.00

Charges: Assault on a Household Member, Battery on a Household Member
Deputies responded to a call of screaming in the area of Valle Vista Blvd where they discovered a domestic dispute at the above location. Victim reports the suspect pushed her to the ground outside of their home after arriving from dinner and threw her items into the yard. Suspect was arrest and booked accordingly without further incident.
