On 4/17/12 sometime between the hours of 0800 and 1430 unknown suspects forced open the front door to the victim's residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects ransacked the entire residence. Victim stated it is unknown if anything was taken at this time. Victim stated that unknown suspects broke into her residence a week and a half ago and stole a bottle of Vodka, 1 12 oz. bottle of Samuel Adams beer, a silver necklace with diamonds, and some tools. Victim stated that she did not report that incident. Estimated value of items taken is $40.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Location: residence off of Sendero Alegre, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque)
On 4/17/12 deputies were dispatched to a burglary. Contact was made with the complainant who was the caretaker. The caretaker advised that she observed a male subject in a silver in color vehicle. Caretaker checked the residence and noticed an east side door damaged along with a north facing upstairs door which was kicked in. Caretaker spoke to the victim in which victim stated to check on his weapon. Caretaker stated that the suspects took a 12 gauge shotgun from inside the residence. Caretaker also advised that the suspects damaged the security alarm system. Estimated value and damage amount is pending.

On 4/17/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 1200 and 1400 unknown suspects removed a screen from a bedroom window in which the glass was already broken. Victim stated that suspects took a 32" TV, a car stereo, a ceramic tile cutter and 2 bottles of Tequila. Estimated value of items taken is $640.00.

Victim reported that between 1/13/12 1800hrs and 3/15/12 1000hrs the above listed item was stolen from within his backpack at his place of employment. Surveillance video is being reviewed in of locating a suspect.
The above stolen items were valued at about $2120.00

Victim reports between the times of 12:30pm and 7:00pm on April 16, 2012 unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful/ forced entry through a front door into the above location. Once inside the above items were stolen. No damaged was caused to the door. Case still pending investigation.

Location: residence off of West Nambe, Santa Fe, NM (Silverado Subdivision)
On 4/16/12 deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with injuries involving an ATV. Deputies met with the driver and passenger of the ATV. It was learned that a 42 year old passenger had placed a 1 year old child in the middle of her and the driver of the ATV. The driver hit a large rut in the road and locked up the brakes which caused the ATV to turn over ejecting all occupants. Victim had visible scrapes and scratches. All occupants were treated for injuries at St. Vincent Hospital. Driver was a 14 year old male.

On 4/16/12 victim stated that between 0800 and 0815 hours unknown suspect broke the rear window to his vehicle. Victim stated that he heard loud bangs and he woke up to notice the window broken. Victim stated that unknown persons took an Ipod, a GPS, approximately 200 cd/dvd's, and a black jacket from inside the vehicle. Estimated value of items taken is $3200.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Stolen: Two white gold, men's rings having diamonds set in both
On the above date a report in regards to a larceny was taken. The victim advised there have been on-going tenant/landlord issues with the landlord and betwen the hours of 8:40 am and 1:00 pm on today's date, the victim believes the landlord stole the above items. This case is currently under investigation.
The above charges were valued at about $1,050.00

On 4/16/12 victim stated that he filed his taxes on 4/12/12 and his return was denied because an unidentified suspect had already filed taxes using his social security number. Victim stated that he was still allowed to file for his New Mexico tax return. Victim stated that he filled out an affidavit for the IRS to ascertain further information.

On 4/16/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim stated that he arrived at the trailhead at about 1130 hours and returned at 1350 hours to find the right rear passenger window broken. Victim stated that his wife's purse was taken. Victim stated that inside the purse wwere misc. credit cards, makeup, a credit card holder, a Droid cell phone and $150.00 in cash. Estimated value of items taken is $740.00. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.
