On February 13, 2013 victim reported receiving mail from California stating he owed money. The letters explained an incident from California and why the money was now due. Victim reported not being in California during the time of the incident. This case remains under investigation.

On 2/11/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny in progress. A witness observed the suspects stealing a chrome wheel and tire from a trailer which was parked in the RV park. Suspects fled the area and proceeded over to Camel Rock Casino. Suspects proceeded into the casino and took off their jackets and hid them in the bathroom. Suspects were located and admitted to the larceny and attempting to dispose of their jackets to avoid apprehension. Suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a runaway juvenile. The reporting party wanted to report that her son Avaro Estrada ran away from home.The reporting party stated that her son has ranaway before but doesnt know where he could be.
Alvaro Estrada, 5'7, 150lbs, brown hair, brown eyed, both ears pierced, and a scar behind his right ear. No clothing description at this time.
He was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse
0212001977 Death Investigation 02/11/13

Location: Bosque Loop (Eldorado area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (85 year old female) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed subject was arrested on a felony warrant for (4) four counts of Criminal Sexual abuse of a Minor out of The State of Wyoming. Suspect was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above warrant and charges.

On 02-10-2013 between noon and 9:30PM someone entered the victim's residence by forcing open a window. The unknown suspect rummaged through the residence but it appears nothing was taken.

On 2/10/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival of deputies victim stated that he was stopped at a red light and suspect struck him from behind. Suspect stated that victim was stopped and he struck the vehicle in front of him. Suspect appeared to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. Suspect admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage. SFST's were administered and suspect was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect agreed to provide a breath test in which his BrAC results were .11, .11. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2/8/13 deputy proceeded to the area to conduct a close patrol of the Boys and Girls Club due to recent burglaries. Deputy located an open door to the building. Deputy did not locate anyone inside the building at the time. Upon investigation, Deputy observed evidence and spoke to the neighborhood kids and revealed 2 suspects. Suspects admitted to breaking a plexiglass window to gain entry. Estimated damage amount is $300.00. Suspects stated that they would be in the building to use the internet. Juvenile Probation was contacted and did not authorize incarceration.

On this date it was reported that sometime between 2/4/13 and 2/9/13 some unknown person stole the above listed item from state the property. The Chipper was located in a fenced area behind two locked gates.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $7000.00

Victim reported that sometime between 2/7/13 5:00pm and 2/9/13 11:00am some unknown subjects stole the above listed items from the victims vehicle. A 1997 green GMC Yukon. Entry was gained through the unlocked vehicle door.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $1200.00
