On Friday, February 15, 2013 at 1:08 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the new Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained through the sliding glass door by shattering the glass. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage $600.00. Case still pending further investigation.

On Thuesday, February 14, 2013 at 1:05 AM the suspect was observed operating the vehicle north at the location in the southbound lanes of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect (ID Car only.). Due to the suspect's number of prior DWI Offenses the vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Family member reports the above person missing as they have not heard from him since January 15, 2013. Mr. Stark could possibly be in a 2001 Silver Honda Pilot with Calfornia Plates. It is unknown what Mr. Stark was last seen wearing but is 5'9", 185lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
