On 1/27/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Deputy observed a vehicle which was high centered and made contact with the driver. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to be intoxicated. Suspect was asked to perform a series of Field Sobriety Tests in which signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect refused to be tested. A driver's license inquiry was made and the suspect's license was suspended. A bottle of alcohol was located open inside the pickup. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Steven Kinder 18 year old male, Edgewood NM
Victim reported that sometime between 01/26/13 at 10:00pm and 01/27/2013 at about 7:30am some unknown person stole his vehicle. The vehicle was located on Dinkle Rd and released to the owner. The owner left the vehicle there and later saw it driving down the road. Suspect was found in possession of the vehicle and arrested.

Caretaker reported that sometime between Sunday, January 20, 2013 at about 9:30 A.M. and this date at 9:45am, an unknown person forced entry into the residence and moved a table and a BB gun inside. At this time it was believed that no items had been stolen from the residence.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (61 year old male) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim stated he requested his annual credit report from Equifax on January 22, 2013. Upon doing this he realized someone had previously requested his credit report with a bogus e-mail. Victim stated he then looked at this LANB bank account and realized there were four fraudulent transactions made totaling $2,928.64.

On 01-26-13 at approximately 0349-hours/ 3:49am, a crime check reported a suspicious vehicle parked at the Alsups on Airport Road. The caller reported the males inside the vehicle appeared to be drinking. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle after it had left the area and being found on Cerrillos Road. The driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver subnmitted to a breath test with results of .12/ .12 BrAC. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On Friiday, January 25, 2013 at 1:46 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and roll 1 time. The suspect was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect was treated at Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Above suspect got into a verbal and physical altercation with her mother, brother and cousin. Suspect bit her mother on the forearm, punched her cousin in the face, bit her cousin on the finger, and strike her brother in face with a lamp. Authorization for incarceration was granted by Juvenile Probation Office and suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

On 1/24/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that suspect came home intoxicated and started verbally abusing her. Victim stated that the suspect pushed her to the ground and threatened her. Suspect broke a birdbath in front yard. Suspect began to kick the passenger door of the patrol unit. Suspect then began to kick at deputies. Suspect continued to be abusive and use profane language in the middle of the roadway. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.
