Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location sometime between the hours of 12:15pm and 9:20pm. Entry was gained by breaking the master bathroom window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

On 01-29-13 a traffic stop was conducted an a white Ford Explorer, after the vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was given the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was given a breath test with the reults of .16/.15 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 01-28-13 Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle fire at the above location. The driver of the vehicle stated he got lost heading home and got his vehicle stuck. While attempting to get the vehicle unstuck the vehicle caught fire. While speaking to the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Test was conducted and the driver was placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing and was charged accordingly. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Subject: Anthony Gutierrez age: 52 Santa Fe, NM
Deputy Martinez was advised of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of Alsups on State Road 14. The identified vehicle was observed traveling on the wrong lane of travel, Deputy Martinez made contact with the vehicle. After speaking with the above mentioned driver Deputy Martinez smelled alcoholic beverages. Deputy Martinez administered sobriety tests at which time Deputy Martinez observed several signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. Rresults were .19, .18. Driver was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

On 01-27-13 the above listed person was involved in a crash while turning into the Lone Butte General Store. The above individual struck a green metal gate with his vehicle and then proceeded to leave the scene of the accident. The driver and the vehicle were subsequently located at his residence. The driver displayed signs of impairment and SFST's were conducted. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test with results of .14/.14BrAC. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
