Fire personnel reported that sometime during the week, the substation was burglarized and several tools and fire equipment items were taken from inside. There were no signs of forced entry and no suspects or witnesses had been identified.

victim stated between 03/15/13 at 1445 h ours and 03/15/13 1500 hours he left his vehicle unlocked as he entered the the gas station. Upon his arrival he noticed several electronics were stolen from his vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: 32" flat screen TV, 2 cordless drills and a weed eater. Total value of $1,400
On 03/15/2013 between the hours of 2:00PM and 9:00PM unknown persons entered the victims residence and a vehicle in the driveway and stole the above listed property.

Arrested: Enrique Gutierrez 19 yoa male, Pecos NM
Charges: DWI, Possession of controlled substance; to wit: Synthetic Cannabinoids
On 3/15/13 at about 11:39PM Mr. Gutierrez was stopped after his vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel on Northbound I-25 mile post 286. He displayed signs of impairment. A DWI investigation was conducted and he was placed under arrest. Also found in his possession was synthetic marijuana and a glass pipe.

Victim reported on Wednesday March 13, 2013 between the times of 7:30am and 5:15pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 3/14/13 victim advised she had received a letter from the IRS advising the IRS was reviewing her tax return for 2012. Victim advised she had not filed her taxes yet and contacted the IRS. Victim was advised someone had used her social security number to file for a tax return for 2012. Victim advised IRS would not provide any other information about the suspect.

Suspect #5: 15 year old female, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Conspiracy to commit Burglary, Conspiracy to commit Larceny, Receiving/Transferring Stolen Property
On 3/13/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. A witness described the suspect vehicle in which it was located by the Santa Fe Police Department in the parking lot of Khol's Department Store. All suspects were located in the vehicle. Property was recovered during the investigation. Property that was stolen from the above residence is a 42" flatscreen TV, and 4 pair of Nike Jordan Tennis shoes, and a 12 pack of Coca Cola. Estimated value of the items taken from the above residence is $1505.00. Estimated damage amount is $230.00. During the investigation it was learned that the suspects were linked and admitted to committing other burglaries in Santa Fe County. Suspects were arrested accordingly, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and the Santa Fe Juvenile Detention Center. Case is still pending.

Location: 4250 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Juvenile Detention Center)
Suspect: 17 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine
On 3/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a juvenile being in possession of a Controlled Substance. Detention Officers stated that they conducted a search and the juvenile was found to be in possession of a small plastic baggie which contained a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested and tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center.
