On 7/24/12 deputy was dispatched to a location off of St. Francis Drive in reference to an after a fact domestic dispute. Victim stated that on Friday 7/20/12 at 2230 hours she picked up her husband at the VFW. Victim stated that when they got home the suspect pulled her out of the vehicle and threw her to the ground. Victim then stated that the suspect picked her back up and threw her back into the vehicle. Victim had visible bruises and cuts from the incident. Suspect was located at the residence and placed under arrest. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Monday, July 23, 2012 at 8:48 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect bit the victim on the right forearm. The victim was treated for minor injuries and declined any further medical attention.

Upon entering the residence it is unknown if anything was stolen due to the fact the house is under foreclosure.

Victim reported on 6-11-2012 an unknown person used their personal information to obtain emergency medical services at Christus St Vincent Hospital. The victim advised she recieved a bill in the mail from the Hospital in the amount of $2,018.55. The victim advised she was out of state when the transaction took place. This case is currently under investigation.
