Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location between the hours of 8:00am and 2:30pm on July 20, 2012. Suspect(s) gained entry by prying open a kitchen window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending investigation.

On 07-21-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to a domestic dispute. Deputies learned the above individual assaulted a family member and took a cellular phone from the individual. The above listed individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

On 07-21-2012 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an intoxicated female being involved in a possible domestic dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual had an outstanding warrant out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court charging her failing to appear. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The warrant was issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court . Her original charges were Trespassing. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On Friday, Julhy 20, 2012 at 10:36 PM the suspect was found to be in control of the vehicle at the location. The vehicle had been reported as a Reckless Vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect provided a ficticious date of birth. The suspect, who is under 21 years of age, was found to be in possession of a can of Bud Light Beer. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

On Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 2:04 AM the suspect was found to be in control of the vehicle at the location and stopped in the roadway. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's LIcense is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached if he is not in possession of a valid Interlock Restricted License and/or operating a vehicle not equipped with an Ignition Interlock System. The suspect has a valid Interlock Restricted License but the vehicle is not equipped with an Ignition Interlock System. The vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

On today's date, Deputies responded to the above location to investigate a call of a verbal domestic. Upon further investigation, it was learned that the above stated window was broken during the course of the altercation by the suspect. The suspect was arrested, charged accordingly, and transported to the santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $150.00

Victim reported that on 07/18/2012 advised she was having vehicle trouble and left the vehicle atthe above location. The victim advised she came back to the location of the vehicle on today's date and the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (93 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.
