On July 20th, 2012, suspect listed above was transpoted to District Court from the Adult Detention Center. Suspect became disorderly in the holding cell area. Suspect was told several times to stop it, but he would not. Deputy's were going to remove suspect from the holding cell when he slipped his belly chain off and was swing it, then he wrapped the chain around his hands and was threating officers. after officers pulled their Tasers suspect stopped his actions and was resecured. Suspect was taken back to the Adult Detention Center. A summons was requested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.

Deputy observed a blue in color Toyota passanger car tailgating another motorist. Vehicle was stopped at the above location where driver was identified as the above suspect. Driver showed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to a breath test which resulted in a .15BAC. Driver was booked on the above charges.

On Friday, Julhy 20, 2012 at 10:36 PM the suspect was found to be in control of the vehicle at the location. The vehicle had been reported as a Reckless Vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect provided a ficticious date of birth. The suspect, who is under 21 years of age, was found to be in possession of a can of Bud Light Beer. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.
