On Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 3:15 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 60 Miles Per Hour in a posted 45 Mile Per Hour Zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached if he is not operating a vehicle equipped with an Ignition Interlock System. The vehicle is not so equipped. There was also an open bottle of Yukon Jack in the vehicle. The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Seizure Ordinance.

Deputies were dispatched to male subject passed out in a car at the above stated location. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail. Vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County ordinance.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a a fight, called in by a crime check female. Upon contact with victim, victim reports two males subjects knocked on his front window. Victim stated he opened the front door, at which point the suspects forced their way into the victims residence and hit him repeatedly with a golf club and a metal cooking pan all over his body. Suspects left prior to deputies arrival. Case still pending investigation.

Charges: Aggravated Fleeing Law Enforcement, DWI, Driving on a Revoked License, Leaving the scene of a crash, and Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle
Above suspect was a one of the passengers to a 2007 Gray Ford Focus. While the driver to the vehicle was being arrested the above suspect jumped into the drivers seat and fled southbound. Deputies and Tesuque Tribal Officers gave chase. At mile post 175 suspect jumped out of the vehicle while it was still moving and fled on foot. Vehicle had two other passengers which rolled across the highway striking the center barrier. Suspect was located and arrested on the above charges.

The above suspect was observed driving a 2007 Gray Ford Focus failing to maintain it's lane while traveling southbound on US 84/285 at Mile Marker 175. Vehicle was stopped and suspect submitted to Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was arrested, blood draw pending result.

Stolen: (1) pair of Purple/ gold earrings, yellow and gold diamond ring, (1) pair of diamond stud earrings, and (1) one Australian turquoise and gold ring.
Victim reported that sometime between February 24, 2012 at 5:00 pm and February 29, 2012 at approximately 8:00 am unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $3700.00

On 3/1/12 deputy was dispatched to Pojoaque Police Department in reference to a burglary after the fact. Victim stated on Friday Februrary 17, 2012 she was in the back of her residence doing house chores when unknown suspects entered the residence and took items from the dining room. Victim stated unknown persons took a laptop, paint, a chandlier, a video recorder, 2 cameras, and misc. silver pieces. Estimated value of items taken is $2,462.00. Victim stated unknown suspects entered the residence through the unlocked front door.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Cocaine, Shooting at a dwelling, Shooting at or from a motor vehicle, DWI, and Drivers to be licensed.
On Wednesday February 29, 2012 while Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies were responding to a call of shots fired. The suspect vehicle was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police Department and the suspect/driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested for DWI and during a pat down, a white powder like substance was located on his person. The susbstance field tested positive for cocaine. Inside the suspect's vehicle a small caliber handgun was located. The investigation revealed that the projectile expelled from the firearm did not strike any dwellings. The suspect was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
