On 08/07/12 at approximately 2:50pm was dispatched to above address in reference to a
residential burglary. Complainant advised that he confronted male in hallway of residence.
Complainant was alerted by his dog barking. Suspect ran down hall met up with second suspect and both exited home running to a parked car in driveway. Complainant described car to be older model Mitsubishi and also gave license number. The suspects were apprehended by agents and the case ws taken over by the Criminal Investigations Division. This case considered closed by arrest.

On 08-07-12 Deputy T. Baca attempted to serve a District Court subpoena at the above address. As Deputy Baca was approaching the residence the front window was broken out by an individual inside the residence. Deputies were able to make contact with the above individual when he exited the residence. Upon checking the residence for additional individuals, a marijuana grow was located. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Suspect: Jamie Luann Davidson, 37, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Careless Driving, Driver Must be Licensed
On Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 1:13 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. The suspect lost control of the vehicle, allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side and roll 1 3/4 times coming to rest on its left side face east. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of this test are pending. A check with the Texas Departmnet of Motor Vehicles revealed only an ID Card on file for the suspect. The suspect was transported by ambulance to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Emergency Medical Center where she was treated for minor injuries.

Victim reported to Deputy that two months ago, a former worker stole the listed items. Victim stated that he attempted to get the suspect to return the items but he has failed too. Victim said that when the items were stolen, he observed the suspect removing items but did not know what they were until sometime later. Case is under investigation.

Deputy observed vehicle traveling at a speed greater than posted. Vehicle was stopped and driver was contacted. Driver was found to have been driving the vehicle while her license was revoked, arrest pursuant. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail. Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.
