On Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 8:52 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect threw a plastic cup at the victim striking him in the back of the head. The victim was uninjured as a result of this incident.

On 6-30-12 Santa Fe County Jail inmate Teresa Quintana was rebooked for battery on a Peace Officer after she threw a food tray at an on duty Jail Guard. No injuries were reported.

Victim reported that on July 1, 2012 unknown persons shot a bullet at his vehicle while is sat parked in his driveway. The vehicle sustained a bullet hole to the rear driver side door and a shattered rear window. Investigation is still ongoing.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1000.00

On today’s date the above victim reported that between 6/30/12 @ 12:00pm and 7:10am today’s date unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to the above locked vehicle. Once inside, the suspect(s) then stole the above items. The victim advised that the suspect(s) also damaged the dashboard to the vehicle causing approximately $250.00 in damage. No forced entry to the vehicle was observed. Suspect(s) pending further investigation.

On the above date at approximately 4:51am Deputies responded to the Espanola Valley Hospital in reference to a stabbing that occurred in the Chimayo area. Victim was at a party in which an unknown suspect had gotten upset with the him and pulled out a small flip blade knife and stabbed the victim on the right pectorial muscle.Victim was driven to the Espanola Valley Hosptial by his brother and friend. Victim sustained stab wound which punctured his right lung. Victim will remain in the hospital for observations and further medical attention. Suspect(s) are pending further investigation.

On the above date the above victim reported sometime between June 29, 2012 4:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry into his residence. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Stolen: Purse containing $300.00 cash, misc jewelry, credit cards
Victim reported that on 6-30-12 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into his vehicle by shattering the passenger front window. Once inside suspects stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.
The value of the items stolen was estimated by the victim at $450.00.

Charges: Larceny and Conspiracy on both Suspects
Stolen: Old Metal Farmer's Plow Valued at $750.00
Deputies responded the above location in reference to a larceny in progress. Suspects were observed taking the above item by witnesses. Suspects left the area prior to deputies arrival. The suspect's vehicle was found in the area where contact was made with both suspects. Suspects were arrested and charged accordingly on above charges.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Victim reports she was in a verbal argument with the above suspect. Victim reported suspect grabbed her cellphone from her as she dialed 911 and pushed her. As deputies attempted to make contact with the above suspect he ran and resisted arrest. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly at ADC.
