On 04-29-13 the above individual was stopped by Law Enforcement Officers. The above individual was found to be in possession of a controlled substance to wit Heroin, and drug paraphenalia. The above listed individual also had her 6 year old child in the car as well. The child was in clsoe proximitey to the narcotics. The above listed individual was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Juanito Chavez Age: 22 Santa Fe, NM
Jail staff initiated a search of the housing area after smelling what appeared to be contraband in the facility. Jail Staff while conducting the search, located the listed subject in possession of tobacco and a controlled substance. Suspect admitted to having in his possession the controlled substance and was rebooked into the jail.

Suspect: Kevin Williams AGe: 42 Sombrillo
Depputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute on County Road 106 in Sombrillo. During the investigation they learned that Kevin Williams had threatened to stab a household memnber while armed with a kitchen. Williams had also battered a household member causing minor injury. Williams was arrested and booked without incident.

On the above date deputy was dispatched to the 264 off ramp on I-25 in reference to mail boxes being damaged. Sometime between April 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. and April 26, 2013 1:00 p.m. an unknown suspect(s) damaged the large access doors for delivering mail on the back of the mail boxes. Estimated damage amount is $5000,00.

Charged: Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Robbery, Arrest Order for Probation Violation-Order #: RC-13-0750
On 4/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted Robbery. Victim stated that a male subject entered the store and gave the clerk a note demanding money and having a weapon. Victim refused to give suspect anything and suspect left the area. Investigation continued and suspect was located, arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. It was learned that the suspect was on probation and an arrest order was issued.
