On 8-22-12 Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on the above stated road. Victim reported that her boyfriend had battered her and threw her around a bedroom before punching a hole in a wall. The suspect was located trying to get back into the residence. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail

On Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 10:44 PM the suspect was located operating the vehicle north at the location. A short time prior, the suspect had been reported as a possible Impaired Driver as she operated the vehicle on State Road 14. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of strawberry margarita.

Victim reports the above suspect went to the above location demanding documents. Once the suspect was inside the residence he took the above listed items. Victim also indicated the suspect threatened to hurt her if she didn't provided him with his demands. Case still pending further investigation.
