Victim reported that sometime between 2:00pm and 8:20pm on December 12, 2012 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s residence through an unlocked back door window and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Susbtance to wit: Subutext
On 12-12-12 at approximately 1033-hours/ 10: 33am, Dep. R. Lunneborg was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in regards to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. During a search of the inmate a single white pill was found in the inmates uniform pocket. The pill will be submitted to the crime lab for analysis. The suspect was booked accordingly for the possession.

On this date victim & suspect got into a verbal argument while at home. Victim attempted to telephone 911. Suspect then threatened the victim with a knife and broke victims phone before 911 could be called. Suspect was arrested and was booked into the adult detention center on the above charges.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Meth, Possession of drug paraphernalia
On 12/10/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Person Reporting stated that he witnessed the suspect attempt to conceal a blue glass pipe in his sweatpants while the suspect was going to be searched. The inmate later advised that he did have a crystal like substance in his possession which was Meth. The substance was field tested and tested positive. Suspect was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
