Charged: Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
On 4/5/12 suspect went over to his mother's residence holding what victim advised to be a silver in color hand gun. Suspect broke the door latch to the front screen door and the door bell. Suspect opened the screen door and began pounding on the door. Victim dialed 9-1-1. Victim was on the phone with dispatch, suspect left the area and went to his camper located on the property. Suspect was unarmed upon contact. Suspect said he did not own a gun. Suspect was placed under arrest for Criminal damage to property of household member. Victim stated that the suspect did not point the gun at anyone. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:45 AM Detention Facility Staff located a suspected controlled substance alon with several pieces of drug paraphernalia in a cell occuppied by the two suspects at the location. The suspected controlled substance was submitted to the New Mexico State Police Criminal Laboratory for analysis. Charges are pending the results of that analysis.
