CHARGES:  BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED SUSPECT WAS TRYING TO LEAVE IN A VEHICLE AND WAS INTOXICATED.  VICTIM TRYED TO KEEP SUSPECT FROM DRIVING AND FLEEING AREA.  AN ALTERCATION BROKE OUT.  VICTIM HAD MINOR INJURYS CAUSED BY VICTIM.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRNASPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Location: residence on La Vela Road, (Airport Road area of Santa Fe County)

Items stolen: Misc. jewelry valued at $700.00.

    On 12-19-2011 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am unknown suspect entered the victim's residence through an unlocked door and stole jewelry from within the home.  The investigation is ongoing.

Location: Buffalo Grass Road, Santa Fe, NM. (Airport Rd.)

Damaged: Two Doors

On the above date, victim report that he allowed an acquaintance to stay in an apartment. He asked the subject to move out because he suspected the subject was using drugs. He believes that the suspect returned and unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. No items were reported stolen. This case is pending further investigation.

Location: Mission Bend, Santa Fe, NM (Richards Ave.)

Stolen: Medical Marijuana

On above date victim reported that he is being harassed by two acquaintances who have been threatening him by phone. Victim also believes that they have been stealing his medical marijuana. This case is pending further investigation.

Stolen items were valued at under $ 800.00

Location: La Barbaria, Santa Fe, NM. (Old Santa Fe Trail Area)

Stolen: Skis, Ski boots, ski poles, Marmots gloves, helmet, bag for ski boots, neck warmer, and two pairs of orthotics.

On the above date, victim report that between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into victims 2006 BMW. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 3,155.00

Arrested: Matthew Toobin, 27, Santa Fe NM

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Felony Bench Warrant. He was taken into custody without incident. Subject was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: S. Summit Ridge, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde Park Area)

Damaged: Window

On the above date, deputies responded to a residential alarm, upon arrival an open front door was located. While clearing the residence, a busted laundry room window was located. Shoe impressions were located outside the residence. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed damaged window was valued at about $ 500.00

Location: Grazing Elk, Santa Fe, NM. (El Rancho)

Stolen: Purse, with cash, Lortab and Tramodol pills

Victim reported that while at church on December 18, 2011 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. someone unlawfully gained entry into her vehicle and removed the above items from her 1994 Honda. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above stolen items are valued at about $340.00

ARRESTED:  RONALD GALLEGOS, 44 YOA MALE, SANTA FE

CHARGES:  2 COUNTS OF BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, DWI

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT SUSPECT HAD PUSHED HER DOWN DURING AN ARGUMENT, THEN HE HIT HER AND ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER.  SUSPECT LEFT THE HOSUE BEFORE OFFICERS ARRIVED BUT WAS LOCATED DRIVING FROM AREA.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ARRESTED:  JEANIE HERRERA, 52 YOA FEMALE, ANTHONY HERRERA, 50 YOA MALE, BOTH OF SANTA FE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, BATTERY UPON PEACE OFFICER, (3 COUNTS) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION JEANIE HERRERA CALLED AND REPORTED A DOMESTIC BETWEEN HER AND HER BOYFREIND, ANTHONY HERRERA.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE JEANIE WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN AN AGRUMENT WITH ANTHONY.  DURING ARGUMENT JEANIE GRABBED A KNIFE AND AND STARTED AFTER ANTHONY SO HE PICKED UP A CHAIR TO KEEP HER AWAY FROM HIM.  DURING INVESTIGATION JEANIE WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE DIFERRENT TYPES OF NARCOTIC PILLS, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE.  ANTHONY WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA.  BOTH WERE ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.  ANTHONY WAS CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA.  JEANIE SPIT ON AN OFFICER THERE AT THE DETENTION CENTER DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS, SO SHE WAS CHARGED WITH THE FOLLOWING; AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, BATTERY UPON PEACE OFFICER, (3 COUNTS) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE.
